Had my car MOT and the online appointment booking was again not living up to expectations. I booked and then had to ring up the garage to book again so it’s probably worth bothering with online booking. The chap who manned the phone Luke always seemed to answer the phone promptly; was always helpful and polite. One thing however - I had been told someone would call me at a certain time to let me know if if there’s a problem. I called couple hours after and was told the MOT failed and needed some parts. Luckily there was enough time for the parts to be delivered in same day so it was put right and I got my MOT in the same day. It’d be a bore to have to bring the car back the next day only because someone failed to get in touch as promised!
