“Had my car MOT and the online appointment booking was again not living up to expectations. I booked and then had to ring up the garage to book again so it’s probably worth bothering with online booking. The chap who manned the phone Luke always seemed to answer the phone promptly; was always helpful and polite. One thing however - I had been told someone would call me at a certain time to let me know if if there’s a problem. I called couple hours after and was told the MOT failed and needed some parts. Luckily there was enough time for the parts to be delivered in same day so it was put right and I got my MOT in the same day. It’d be a bore to have to bring the car back the next day only because someone failed to get in touch as promised!”

“The guys were friendly and helpful and did a good job. Price was Ok. Only issue was that lack of resource meant the job was delayed a bit, but they worked hard to make up the time.”

“Yet again it's a year since my last visit for my annual silver service and Mot. Easy booking,mid morning call about renewing my spark plugs. Mid afternoon collection with a MOT advisory on rear tyre. Thus I quickly had, from stock, replaced. All round great service and price. Full communication for me is paramount on car Servicing and a big plus.”

“I have used Elite for several years with great satisfaction. I had one problem this time. On booking, I requested that the wind down window control be fixed and a noise from beneath the car on starting the engine be investigated. Neither of these problems was fixed”

“My wife's car developed a puncture so I took it to Elite as the nearest available outlet. The tyre needed replacing as it had been driven flat and the pressure sensor was too badly damaged. They installed a new tyre and temporary valve to allow me to obtain a replacement which they fitted the next day. Good service, had to wait initially as they were busy, but would go again.”
