Ordered some cotton and 4x juices. Only the juices turned up. Sent a message and got an automated reply. Chased up a week later. No reply, no replacement, no refund. Now it seems the phone line doesn't work, the Facebook page doesn't work and the online chat to follow up doesn't work. Very bad customer service.

I had ordered four liquids. Only two arrived. They were packaged in a envelope that would only hold two bottles, so whoever packed them clearly knew they were not fulfilling the entire order. I've tried calling but their number doesn't work and their ticket system is down also. Hopefully an email will get this resolved but I would pick another company to get your liquids from.

Ordered a Mipod pro on the 30th of June. It's now the 16th July, still not received it. Tried phoning,emailed and even there own help page. Not a word from them. Stay away from them, they'll just take your money and you won't see anything for it. Loads of other on line shops out there more than happy to help you out. STEER CLEAR shop elsewhere.

When you order, and they fulfil the order, they're great (hence 1 star). But if the order goes wrong and they ship you the wrong goods entirely? Worst customer service ever. Their contact form doesn't work. They don't respond to emails. They don't answer their phone. "WE'RE FANATICAL ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT" their website says, just above the broken contact form. So, I'm left without what I ordered, and goods I not only don't want, but cannot use. Buy your e-liquid elsewhere. I certainly will.

Awful company. Sent me 2 emails asking me to review their items that they never sent me, nor did they ever respond to my emails I sent asking where my order was. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Didn’t receive any liquid Didn’t receive any answer to the tremendous number of emails I sent them I payed for a tracked shipping, but in the end, it didn’t Not received any news from the company guys !!! You should definitely avoid e-liquids.uk

Terrible service. They sent me some products promptly, but 2 were not sent and its been weeks. I tried calling, email and chat. Nothing! Very poor indeed

My order number is: 375235 I received two vapes. One was completely none functional, both were leaking. I couldn’t use either. I repeatedly tried to get in contact with someone but was met with an automated reply and no follow-up regarding a potential return of a faulty product- which was listed as a possibility on your website. I understand if returns/exchanges/refunds were not possible but I felt as though I had been scammed as I hadn’t received a human reply in so much as an apology.

Appalling service. Placed an order 5 weeks ago but still has not received this order. I have attempted to email multiple times, but no response. I have filled out the online form but again no response. I have also tried calling the store via the mobile number provided on the website however, just rings and i get no response. Awful service, will never be using again.

I ordered on the 11th April 2024 and have still not received my order. I have tried contacting you on numerous occasions but cannot get through to anyone to help me. Extremely disappointed and would like a refund or my goods delivered to me.

Placed order, got a call next day to say they didnt have the product in stock and would refund me been over a week now and still no refund, tried calling just rings, tried emailing, no response, tried send message on site which says please allow 48 hours and no response to that either Next thing is to request refund through my CC company and report them to the police for fraud

Have not received my order as yet and am unable to contact company. Keep getting message saying session has expired when trying to log a ticket. Payment has been taken and I am extremely unhappy with this service. Would loke to either acrually get to speak to someone or receive a full refund
