I received two vapes. One was completely none functional, both were leaking. I couldn’t use either. I repeatedly tried to get in contact with someone but was met with an automated reply and no follow-up regarding a potential return of a faulty product- which was listed as a possibility on your website.
I understand if returns/exchanges/refunds were not possible but I felt as though I had been scammed as I hadn’t received a human reply in so much as an apology.
