“Chance to be refunded?!? I haven’t even got my package yet and the support page doesn’t work, have emailed 3/4 times and no reply, tracking number never worked, got emails saying it’s been shipped and never turned up, awful”

“I can’t give an accurate review of your product as I am still waiting for it to be delivered? I understand that this is the courier that is at fault with the slow delivery (as it stands 4 days and counting) but this will be a factor in future purchases.”

“Almost 2 weeks since i placed my order for a 48hour delivery and i still have yet to recieve, followed instructions if not recieved which took days for a responce to apparently be resent have been provided with no tracking information for the second dispatched order so sat here like an idiot waiting. Poor service all round”

“Ordered Thursday and paid for next day delivery. Money has been taken from my bank but I still haven't received my order. Phone number for customer service doesn't work. Don't buy from this company! If you want me to consider amending my review, please contact me to rectify the problem.”

“Order placed on 18/10/23, still not received a week later, although I was told it was processed and shipped the same day. DHL parcel company say that have not received the order. I have raised several help tickets to solve the problem and not received any reply. The customer contact number is not in service so unable to call anyone to help solve the problem. Unlikely to order from here to again, as if there is a problem receiving your order there seems to be no lack of support or care to help resolve the issue, and you are left without an order and out of pocket.”

“Two weeks since I ordered, and still nothing has arrived. I sent emails, and no one has responded - poor communication. I await the 30 days to report them to trading standards and request my money back through my bank. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. If you look deeper, many people have been ripped off and never received their goods. How this business is still trading is beyond me.”
