Order placed on 18/10/23, still not received a week later, although I was told it was processed and shipped the same day. DHL parcel company say that have not received the order. I have raised several help tickets to solve the problem and not received any reply. The customer contact number is not in service so unable to call anyone to help solve the problem. Unlikely to order from here to again, as if there is a problem receiving your order there seems to be no lack of support or care to help resolve the issue, and you are left without an order and out of pocket.
