Ordered some scripts to include comb binding. Arrived with me very promptly and the standard of the job was excellent. Will be using Doxzoo again.

I've been using DoxZoo since 2019 for one of my small businesses and freelance design work. I've always been happy with my orders minus a couple which have had alignment problems, but Doxzoo has always been quick to fix. I recently placed an order for tracked 24, I received an email saying there was a technical issue and the order would be dispatched asap. Which is fine, these things happen. The order came 1 week late, mostly damaged, unaligned and in the wrong finish. Reached out via live chat (which took over an hour) and they were happy to fix (great). 4 days later no sign of the re-print, reached out again to be told another technical issue. So coming up on nearly 2 weeks since my order was placed and I'm still waiting. So frustrating as the print quality is great but I'm now nervous to place large orders as I don't have the time or patience to go through 100 plus every cards every time I order to make sure it is correct. That's the full point in having someone within the business to sign off on orders. Now on the lookout for another supplier as I'm beyond annoyed.

Hi Savannah, Thank you for your review. We do very much apologise for the issues you have received. We are looking into the technical problems with our production team for the delayed dispatch as well investigating the lateness of your reprint. The reprint has now re-dispatched and should be with you very soon if not already. Unfortunately Royal Mail have been striking recently and as a result their service is a lot slower and is running with delays. We do have notices about this on site and so always recommend using DPD for deliveries that are urgent. Be aware the use of DPD as a delivery partner is likely not to be appropriate for biz customers Attempts for delivery on weekends (when property not attended) will lead to parcels being returned Without notification of this fact by Doxzoo

Hello, I am sorry that DPD failed to deliver the parcel on time. It seems according to DPD that the rural nature of the address caused some issues and they had difficulty finding the address. We liaised with DPD and they have apologised and we also upgraded your delivery to a pre12. Great news that it arrived finally. Apologies for the delay

was very impressed with the service you design the booklet ETC, and they print it to your specifications, it gets delivered to your door within 5 days, very good service and value, i would reccomend this for everyone who needs a printing service,

Printed the wrong book size reached out to Doxzoo and was met very rudely by LUCY who refused to offer me a solution to this.

Hello Praise, Thank you for your review. As advised via live chat, the order was printed in line with the specification you selected on site. The specification is shown to you in multiple places on the site as well as it being emailed to you (screenshot attached). We offer the facility for registered customers to edit an order up to an hour after being placed but after this time it goes into production and so cannot be altered. AVOID. THEY SAY THEY PUT THINGS RIGHT BUT THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MISTAKES OF THEIR OWN WEBSITE. So I’ve redone my 2 star review to 1 and if I could give none I would. I reordered 22 of my custom notepads from my first order and they added them straight to the basket where I paid over £100 only to receive pads that was not the same as my previous order. They came with thin cheap matt paper on front and back. My previous ones where shiny card just what you would have on a daily journal and now I’m left with these that I can not sell myself. I’m a small business and money down. After speaking on live chat this morning they have said they will not redo them as Their website logs state differently and the files names are completely different if it was a reorder the file names would be the same. This is not my responsibility as to what their website states and this does not make me in the wrong. I have sent them a screen video clear to see I have pressed the reorder button and as the customer I’m still wrong. I didn’t want my money back nor money off another order. I simply wanted the front and back redone.

Hello Rebecca, Thanks for the review. We did look into this and as discussed with you this was not a re-order as the specification selected is very different from your previous order and also the file names are different. As a registered user when you re-order we will reproduce a previous order with exactly the same parameters chosen and the file names remain the same (We did double check your account, clicked re-order and the order that is added to your basket keeps the same file name and specification which also indicates that it cannot have been a re-order) We are sorry that you are unhappy, we did offer a discount off of a future order as a gesture of goodwill should you want to place a new one with the correct spec but unfortunately we are not able to offer a reprint of refund on this occasion as it has been printed as per the specification selected on site/emailed to you. I ordered a book from Doxzoo. Despatched the next day and arrived the day after. Was worried the images might be blurry since the preview window was but the images turned out perfect

I had used Doxzoo a year or so ago---went well. Recently I had two orders with you. The second one was fine. The first, however, was a bit of a disaster. It was 'American dream'. I am sure that it was mainly my fault. I had not used you for a long time and got several things badly wrong. I left [Type text[ along the bottom of each page, thinking you would naturally get rid of this, but there it is, obviously spoiling the product. Also I could not get right the order of the first pages----to achieve a suitable cover then blank, to have half-title on correct page, to have title-page on the right, etc, etc, I got wrong. My fault no doubt, but I think the way you give instructions on this could be clearer----to move the document by a page would be useful at the beginning, for example. However, where I got these things right as I did with Burns note it was all fine. My fault, perhaps, but it was possible for me to make these mistakes which was disappointing. This was about the only place that I Goulding select options for paper, cover, binding and additional value items such as gold lettering. It was a swift process and th item was of excellent quality. Although the first document was missing part of my speech for my sons wedding, the customer service was excellence and they took swift action and I had a second complete document within 2 days. So will definitely use again and have told others about their good service

Have used Doxzoo a number of times. Always a good product. Only once has there been an error in an order and when I contacted them there was no fuss and the corrected reprint was with me next day.
