“The process was easy to use and done quickly. However, I was not told that the Travel Card can only be used once. We are visiting Cuba for two days then sailing to the next port in Cuba. Because we leave one port and sail to the next, we are deemed to have left Cuba and our travel Card will be kept by Customs. On arrival at the next port of call we need another Travel Card. I had to go back to Cuba Visa and purchase another travel card. It would be helpful if we were informed of this bizarre arrangement.”

Unfortunately, the lack of information does not come from us; it is to do with your tour operator or cruise company. We have created a blog post explaining what we have found regarding your type of travel and have provided as much information as possible at https://www.cubavisa.uk/double-entry-cuban-tourist-card/. The cruise company has told us that they provide information and can process this for their customers (at a higher cost, we understand). “Fairly easy to order. the site doesn't make clear that you need a separate visa for each non continuous visit. Fortunately our two cruise stops are after each other and we should remain in Cuban waters. The visas came very quickly via Royal Mail”

“The service was quick and easy to use ..however I paid for next day delivery by royal post for 1pm delivery ..it turned up 5 days later ..grateful I wasn’t travelling within those 5 days”

Our team works hard to post documents asap and we are 100 % sure that this was the case, however, we do need Royal Mail to deliver these documents to you. Delays can happen and it is unfortunate as we would like this not to happen, but having time to receive documents is key at this present time. We work with Royal Mail as it is cost-efficient and generally post arrives as it should. When delays come to our attention, we do contact Royal Mail and follow up with them, straight away.
