The process was easy to use and done quickly. However, I was not told that the Travel Card can only be used once. We are visiting Cuba for two days then sailing to the next port in Cuba. Because we leave one port and sail to the next, we are deemed to have left Cuba and our travel Card will be kept by Customs. On arrival at the next port of call we need another Travel Card. I had to go back to Cuba Visa and purchase another travel card. It would be helpful if we were informed of this bizarre arrangement.
