“What an efficient and slick service! Ordered in the evening and out for delivery the very next day. The Royal Mail then advised they couldn't find the Special Delivery envelope however cubavisa.uk advised they would look into it from their end and issue new Travel Cards on confirmation of the loss. Royal Mail eventually found them 4 days later however I was not stressed knowing cubavisa.uk had it covered. Everybody I spoke to was ultra friendly and helpful. i would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“So, we messed up. Totally overlooked the tourist visas, realised Monday evening, fly Thursday. Frantically contacted the tour operator, no help, visited two of their stores in panic that evening, no help and guess what no refund as our fault if unable to fly. Frantically ordered Monday night priority service in sheer blind hope they’d arrive or we’d have to tell the kids we’d blown the holiday we’d been saving years for, once in a lifetime break… and they arrived at 11am this morning! Thank you so much, I genuinely had given up! You are superstars and tomorrow when we fly we’ll raise a glass to you all and make our confessions to the kids and thank god we didn’t have to let them down!”
