“Decent prices, but need to answer the phone when called (especially as I was invited to do this in a promotional email sent after making the order). Also it was quite a few days between order and despatch, never good when your printer isn't working as it has run out of ink! However prices decent and package as promised.”

“Made a telephone call which was answered promptly. Goods arrived within the period stated. Was able to use goods immediately. They were half the price of the same goods bought in a shop. I found that website difficult to use though.”

“Competitive pricing and fast service - PLEASE DON'T USE EVRI AS YOUR DELIVERY PARTNER - THEY TRASHED THE OUTSUDE PLASTIC PACKAGING AND LEFT THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN”

You do have a guarantee on the items and the cartridges will be sealed on the inside of the box meaning they should be fine to use with no issues. “The only problem for us is that you use Evri as your courier.Their service into us is abysmal and ,in general, we choose not to use suppliers who use Evri. They are slow and unreliable and as a case in point your delivery was scheduled for Friday 14th but we were informed that it was 'delayed' and would be delivered 'next working day' which we assumed was Monday 17th but it was actually delivered on Sunday 16th, when we were not here, and was left on the windowcill by the front door. I am afraid that this is fairly typical. In contrast I recently ordered cartridges for our Canon Pro 10 which arrived by post in 48hrs!!”

“I bought my first pack of Own Brand Replacement 079 cartridge high capacity 6 pack to replace Epson brand as they have been discontinued and was I concerned that the inks woud not mix with the tail end of my Epson ones. I have an Epson Photo Stylus 1500W A3 printer which took them without any issues. I checked the ink supply levels and found that the two new own brand cartridges (Light cyan and light magenta) showed a level one fifth less than the Epson high capacity inks still in the machine (see attachment). I queried this and was told that the Own brand inks do not register supply levels accurately and it was confirmed that I do have 'high capacity' inks which would be the same as the Epson. This is the reason why I give four stars as otherwise I would give 5. Time will tell how the new inks perform but I am happy that I have found inks which are about half the Epson price and print with the same quality.”

“I like the firm and its products, however I am frustrated by the buying interface. I know I want genuine Canon inks yet for every item I am asked to consider your own brand version, this is unwanted and an intrusion into my shopping process. Fix this please and I'll be a happy buyer.”

“Very pleased with the sellotape dispenser but the box was open a there was no sellotape inside which I had ordered . But because I wasn't home when the box arrived I couldn't say that I would not accept it.So my parcel was incomplete but the dispensers were not damaged.”

“I bought original printer ink cartridges. These were well priced compared to other sellers. No problems at all with the cartridges supplied but there was a delay with the delivery, which seems to have been due to Evri, rather than the Cartridge People, who dispatched them promptly.”

“Long time customer and like the products and website. Deivery though - the carrier you use for my area at least, is not as reliable as others. The delivery date given was impressive but the goods didn't turn up despite no updates, even though we'd stayed available. Turned out to be next day instead which was not so convenient.”
