“we purchased HP laserjet printer toner cartridge recently and it arrived within two without having to pay any extra for delivery. We have not used the new toner yet but will be using as soon as the old one runs out”

“Great service from Cartridge People. Unfortunately the delivery service from Evri let it down. I paid for what I thought was next day delivery only to find that it was only 97% next day. My delivery took 4 days. Cartridge people did refund the delivery charge though.”

“I was very pleased to be proactively offered a way to save money on my purchase, which was a pleasant surprise, however I was a little surprised to find that the cartridges are still initially treated by my (hp) printer as non-manufacturer compliant, despite assurances to the contrary. I was able to work round that point, so perhaps more of a point for me to be aware of in the future”

“orders arrive promptly and efficiently. However there is one drawback: their own brand compatible cartridges just do not work in my printer so I am tied in to expensive original brand ones. On occasions I have been persuaded by phone calls to try the "compatible" ones again, which means once I have put them in my printer (and they have failed to work) Cartridge People will not reimburse the puchase.”

“I have been a regular Cartridge People customer for over five years, when buying an Epson printer from them. Ever since then I have bought their compatible inks as they guarantee the Epson printer while I do this, instead of paying the higher costs for genuine Epson inks. I have always found it quick/easy to order and it has always been with free delivery. I usually manage to get some discount off my order. It would be nice to be sent higher discounts as a loyal customer.”

“I have used Cartridge People for many years and the quanlity is good but the price steadly rises. We are bombarded with discount offers - but these are usually 10%. WE used to have no delivery charge - why not reintroduce this for long standing customers.”

“Good service, speedy delivery. Only complaint recently a magenta cartidge run out after only a couple of photos but others inserted the same time were okay. I went on to your "Chat" facility but didn't get any satisfaction. Unfortunately my internet connection dropped out so I was not able to continue. In the end decided to just drop it - can't be bothered with the aggro. I do think that cartridge should have been replaced.”

“Their own brand labels seem as good as the Brother equivalents, and it is much easier to separate the label from the backing paper compared to the original manufacturer ones. Will buy again.”

“Hello The genuine HP cartridges were exactly what I expected. However, I was surprised to see the 100 sheet packet of print paper. I must have been misled by the photo shown online. At that price, I assumed it was a good price for a ream. I can get locally, a significantly better price for a team.”

“Been very happy so far. I sent a request on Sunday afternoon for a call back, which happened very promptly on the Monday morning…before 10am which is impressive! My query was well handled & given a satisfactory answer, made a further purchase after that, saved me having to go online! All looks good so far & will continue to use, prices much more reasonable than anywhere else? Thank you.”
