orders arrive promptly and efficiently. However there is one drawback: their own brand compatible cartridges just do not work in my printer so I am tied in to expensive original brand ones. On occasions I have been persuaded by phone calls to try the "compatible" ones again, which means once I have put them in my printer (and they have failed to work) Cartridge People will not reimburse the puchase.
