Having ordered from them before I thought that I was getting a better car mat as I ordered the elite car mats. After giving them my registration number the new 'elite' mats are completely wrong and will not fit. I even took photos of the old and new mats side by side. I have also emailed them several times but only get the standard email reply. Here's hoping that they will get back to me now but I feel that I have wasted £60. on poor quality mats that will end up in the bin

Can’t believe there’s no mats for my vehicle as it’s not listed it’s a damn shame 😳 because I wanted to rubber mats for it it’s a Toyota granvia in this country they call it a high ace but it’s an import and it’s a people carrier an eight seater not a van so I’d like the mats for this but it’s not listed so how do I go about getting them?

The rubber car mats have a strong overpowering smell to them. Ihave had mine 5 months now and there been machine washed, hand scrubbed and even benn left outside for 4 months now and they still smell. These cannot be used in a vehicle..They are aware of this problem but yet nothing seems to be getting done about it.

Our rubber mats do have a slight odour but this should fade quickly, I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't in this case. I can see that our team offered a return with a full refund in December as the odour was an issue but you haven't taken us up on this.

Bought set of mats for VW golf unfortunately we ordered the wrong ones Tried to contact them 4 times had no replies or E mails Would recommend you check that the right mats are ordered as i doubt whether you will get a refund or reply . Or go to Main dealer VW mats were actually cheaper and guaranteed Wouldn't use company again

Great Mats well made unfortunately unusable as not supplied with OEM clips. Disappointed as paid the extra insurance to get correct mats for car. No help received and no reply to latest emails

Hi Chris Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the mats for your BMW 5 Series E34 1988-1997. We supply these mats with velcro for fixings already in the footwell. We've repplied to your email on the same day asking for photos of the clips you required to which you sent photos of Audi clips which we don't believe is correct. We've asked for photos from your footwell but haven't heard back.

Very poor indeed. Sent wrong mats for the reg I advised. Holes in wrong place. Photos sent to verify. Wanted me to package up and return at my expense with the time and hassle involved. Maybe try somewhere else

My car mats that I purchased were lovely they fitted well, the only problem was the holes were in the wrong place. The driver’s side one was perfect.

My original order was ordered on the car mats website including my car registration. Mats took some time to get despatched to Evriand then they sat at the depot for just under a week according to the Evri app. I had to notify car mats that the delivery wasn't moving. I eventually received the car mats and when I fitted them found they were for the wrong Honda civic, although I had sent my reg number. On notifying car mats they told me to return them as they has made a mistake. I asked them if they could send me the correct ones as I had waited for some time, no, I must send the old ones back and only after they receive them back they will start on my new order. This is really poor customer service. The new mats were made and after about 5 weeks I had mats in my car. 2 stars given for poor customer service.

I got my mats today and im shocked at how bad the quality is. The stitching is all over the place especially the drivers mat, the others are not bad. Also they do not fit 100% the drivers one has to be bent to get it to fit the 2 holes. I bought the cheaper mats to see the quality and then i was going to get the deeper pile ones but after seeing the quality i wont be buying mats here again. See the enclosed pictures.

Ordered mats for xmas 67.00 Ordered wrong size returned them within in 6 days .Ordered correct size 19.99 .refund due 47.00.... only to be told no refund because same price ...how come 2 mats are the same price as 1 mat .lots of emails .no reply or resolution ...BEWARE .you may be overcharged ..

Hi Linda Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. You ordered a crew cab mat which came in two pieces and exchanged this for a cheaper front mat for different year of vehicle. The new mat with the options chosen came to a total of £42.96 and we refunded the difference of £24.76 in January.

Sorry to say, but these mats stink to High heaven, I have washed with warm soapy water, left outside in the garden for 2 weeks now. Took into house, filled bath with couple of inches warm soapy water, added nice smelling floor cleaner, added nice smelling fabric conditioner. Now hanging on airer to dry & I am being overcome with fumes! My nose & throat are seriously under attack from this vile odour. I cannot imagine ever getting these into my car, probably too late for a refund now. I did what they suggested & washed & left to air, not a bit of difference. Is there anything to counteract this acrid rubber smell?

Bought car mats for Citreon C3 aircross. Arrived pretty quick, sadly they did not fit, contacted company they sent different size fittings, driver's side fit great passenger side not so. Fits on one post but won't stretch over to other post. Return is a pain for 70yo pensioner. Waste of £51.

Sadly the fit on the locators were not correct and the rubber mat stank to high heaven, this was for a 2024 Fords transit, we used the websites own product ordering system so definately ordered for the correct vehicle. Disaapointed, sadly this review will no doubt get deleted....

Our rubber mats have a natural rubber odour which will fade quickly however the mats should fit perfectly. I know you contacted our team on the evening that you received your order letting us know of the issue, our team responded the next morning at 9am asking for an image of the issue & your vehicle registration. At this point you let us know you had binned the product rather than choosing to receive a replacement product or refund via our free returns service.

Car mats came quick and quick as they came they ended up in my back garden😡put them in car first night and next morning car stinks of rubber i had to take them back out as my chest is heaving with the strong smell,still stink after 3 days

Car mats tin. Trim done but job is not nice. Driver mat is to sort I paid 80 euro for it mats like this I can bay in any shop for 30 euro . I ordered super ones but got budged ONS. Not happy. Looking for refund. Please contact me
