Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Ich habe ein Board bestellt und bezahlt, dieses würde dann im Nachhinein storniert mit der Begründung das es ein Systemfehler gewesen sei und es das Board leider nicht mehr auf Lager gibt. Habe dann den Kundenservice kontaktiert und angefragt ob man mir nicht entgegen kommen könnte schließlich haben sie ja einen Kaufvertrag mit mir geschlossen. Dieser teilte mir mit das es da Board nur noch in einer neuen Version aber in genau dem selben Set gäbe, er mir dieses aber nicht zu den ausgehandelten Konditionen verkaufen könnte. Hier ging es lediglich um einen Preisunterschied von 10%. Naja nach mehr maligem Kontakt habe ich es aufgegeben und suche mir nun einen vernünftigen Hersteller, der Kunden zu schätzen weiß.

Bluefin cruise paddle SANK after not even 30 seconds unattended. Bluefin said I needed to pay for a replacement. I’ve bought a carbon fibre one elsewhere that cost far less than the official replacement. The bluefin cruise paddleboard is so heavy too, so I would never get another one.

Ordered our paddle board last Friday afternoon, didn’t receive any confirmation email. Money was taken out of our bank account. Have spent last five days trying to email or message customer service only to be told that the order wasn’t placed, then when I sent screenshots of my bank account and an order number they confirmed order had actually been placed. Then they said large orders take 1-3 working days to arrive - it is now day 5 and I have heard nothing at all about when it should arrive. Told today it is with ArrowXL so I should now contact them directly and that they will contact me within 24/48 hrs although I have no reference number ?! Day 5 and still waiting to receive my paddle board.

If it was possible I would give negative starts. I was very excited to order and receive my Cruise Inflatable Paddleboard. However, when the package was delivered it contained a Vibration Plate NOT the paddle board I ordered. The company won't ship me my paddle board until they receive the vibration plat back. For how long it takes to ship back, process, and hopefully ship the right product it will be weeks. It will be long after the beach trip I wanted to take it on and summer will be at least half gone. This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. The mistake is theirs and yet I am expecting to accommodate them.

Mehrere Mängel aber schlechter Service Ich habe ein Cruise Carbon in 12" gekauft. Es war im Angebot und der Preis war gut. Das Board ist sehr schick und super stabil. Leider sind mehrere kleine Mängel an dem Board: -Das EVA-Pad ist an 2 Stellen, rund um das Ventil und ca. 20 cm daneben, verfärbt (Vermutlich Klebereste) - In der Seitenverstärkung ist ein Loch bei der Carbonverstärkung und 2 kleine Schnitte im PVC am Randstreifen -An der Unterseite ist eine kleine Stelle am PVC (Abdeckstreifen Doppelkammer) nicht bis zum Ende verklebt/verschweißt. Es sind alles keine großen Probleme, aber für ein teures Board sind diese auch nicht hinnehmbar. Mir wurde ein Austausch mit max. 14 Tagen Bearbeitungszeit ab Wareneingang angeboten. Auf meinen Einwand, das die Reklamation mit Hin- und Rückversand dann ca. 3-4 Wochen dauert (die Lieferung hat auch 3 Tage (+ 1 Feiertag) gedauert, und mir das zu lang ist wurde mir ein Preisnachlass von knapp 33 € angeboten. Das ist echt lächerlich für die o.a. "Beschädigungen" Ich werde gezwungermaßen das Board zurücksenden, mir den Kaufpreis erstatten lassen und nie wieder ein Board von Bluefin kaufen. Bei einem neuen Board mit Fehlern, ist eine Umtauschzeit von 2-3 Wochen im Juni (für mich Hauptsaison) absolut unzureichend. War eigentlich total begeistert von dem Board, aber bin auch froh das der "schlechte Service" sich bereits sofort zeigt. Wenn man nach Jahren evtl. mal die Garantie in Anspruch nehmen muss, ist man ja schließlich darauf angewiesen und wird dann wahrscheinlich erst total entäuscht sein wenn das Board im Sommer mal einige Wochen nicht verfügbar ist.

Se ha roto el remo de fibra de vidrio en la primera salida, estoy esperando a que me contesten a la reclamación de una pieza nueva, pero tendré q comprar un remo nuevo para poder usar la tabla mientras llega y además ya no confío en la resistencia del remo bluefin.

La experiencia con la tabla de Paddle surf cruise 10.8 legacy ha sido horrible. La primera vez que la uso en un pantano para probarla se rompe el remo de fibra de vidrio y no pude seguir a los demás amigos con sus tablas. El remo es muy débil y se rompe la primera vez que lo uso. Quiero usar la tabla en el mar pero no tengo remo. Me han dicho que me van a enviar un remo de repuesto pero el mismo modelo y de momento no tengo confirmación que lo hayan enviado. De momento no tengo remo por lo que no puedo usar la tabla y cuando llegue me da miedo usarlo en el mar y que se rompa de nuevo.

Today (7/4/2024 bought a couple of months ago) I had the opportunity to test the scout kayak for the first time (in Venice lagoon). I'm sorry but I'm not at all satisfied with the kayak, it seems more like a toy than a real kayak, the navigation is really difficult, and even with the skeg the paddling is highly irregular (moving left and right at every paddle). I had another inflatable kayak (sea eagle) and it didn't have that kind of behavior. Then the lining around the inflatable chambers is not in tension so from the hydrodynamic and aesthetic point of view it is a relevant defect of design. I tried to return it back to bluefin but their policy does not permit this. In the presentation of the product it is reported: ""Compact, maneuverable and comfortable. Conquer the lakes, rivers and coastal seas as you redefine your connection to the great outdoors. Get ready for an unforgettable journey every time you set sail with the Scout Kayak "; In my opinion the product is far from this and I don't suggest it if you want to do real kayaking.

If I could give ZERO stars on this Blue Finn board, and their costumer service, I would, but unfortunately one star is the minimum I can give, and it do not express accuratelly how frustrated and angry I´m with the Blue Finn paddle board I bought and their Costumer Service. I was very exited for the Cruise 10'8 that I got, Unfortunately in the first use I noticed 3 spots on where the board was leaking air (mini-many bubbles) from the side chick. Deflated, you can observe in it some folds around this area showing the upper most layer of the side delaminating from the deeper layers. It looks like the whole side is delaminating and likely to leak more very soon all around the board, and perhaps even having a blast/total failure. After contacting Costumer service several times, and talking with 3 diferent representatives I had to every time re explain my issue, sent prof of purchase and a bunch of other information. After 14 days the resolution was that I had to sent the board from the original place from where I bought it (Colorado) in order to consider the replacement and to sent a non-cost return label. I explained to customer service that I don´t live in Colorado and they asked me to paid out of pocket the return from Alaska with a cost of $150. Which it is unfair that I have to pay the return cost for a product that I received defective. Now, I´m in Mexico with a Paddle Board that´s delaminating and I cannot trust to do any more committed paddle, because I´m afraid that the whole product may collapse and compromise my safety. It´s so frustrating to have a Board that I cannot actually use properly as a paddle board and have no help from the manufacturer. Blue Finn is pushing me to throw their board (and the money I spent) in the trash and to have to buy another Board (from a different manufacturer obviously). I bought this board because I read some good reviews about that, and that´s what´s compelling me to write this through review and to have no one else been scammed like I was. I´ll make sure also to spread this word on social media, to have more people aware. Blue Finn is unwilling to help me, and I´m extremelly frustrated and do not recommend anyone else to buy their products and do not be exposed to the same poor customer service treatment.

Leider nach großer Vorfreude nun sehr sehr enttäuscht worden. Nachdem wir tolle Erlebnisse auf dem SUP hatten sind mitten im Urlaub die D Ringe abgefallen. Der wirklich freundliche Kundenservice hat eine Reparatur angeboten. Nun habe ich ein neues Board erhalten, welches scheinbar nie geprüft wurde und definitiv nicht neu ist. Beim auspacken des neuen SUP habe ich ein großes Loch festgestellt. Leider trotz hohem Preis und großer Freude nun wirklich sehr genervt. Erst hatte ich ein SUP ohne D Ringe (das wäre noch gut) jetzt ein SUP mit Loch.

I just want to speak to an actual person. Seat ordered over 2wks ago, e mail to say they'd struggled to deliver - no reason as I was in, and nothing from the courier so I suspect that they just didn't have the item in stock. Finally answered by messenger today (ignored my last e mail), with nothing constructive except to say they'd sent me an e mail - no acknowledgement of my one in response or and satisfactory answer. Unfortunately if I don't hear by the end of the day I'll be claiming a refund through my bank, which isn't great as goes against them.

We have been trying to call you in the number below and it goes straight into: we are busy and etc....and hangs up. No waiting to speak with someone, no possibility to leave a message, nothing. We have been trying the whole day. We have also written emails to you and we have no response whatsoever. Please respond, we need an urgent replacement of the paddle that snapped and you sent a wrong part. We can't use the SUP without the Paddle.

Flimsy paddle, it broke on the second use and we even didn't paddle much and the sea was quite like a lake. No telephone number to call, just communication with email and it took them 10 days to send a replacement and they sent it wrong. heyyy... I don't think is a family-run business and the quality of the product is really flimsy. Talked to my Paddler professional friends and they said they never heard of such a thing. Customer service is really bad. We are very disappointed because I thought it was a good company. I won't be buying anything with them anymore.

So let me just preface by saying this is not a review of the board, this is a review of their customer service. I ordered a 10-8 bluefin board 3 weeks before I needed it for my trip with delivery being 5-7 business days. Delivery didn't arrive so I contacted customer service in which they sent me a tracking number. No problem, I looked it up to find out the board was damaged and being returned to bluefin and that bluefin had already been notified about the issue. No fault to them other than they never notified me of the problem. Ok, stuff happens, absolutely not their fault, so I call to talk to customer service and explain I am running out of time to take this on my trip and can they ship a new one immediately because I still have time. So my real issue begins when they told me it would take the normal shipping time, (they can't expedite shipping even at my cost) and it would be a three day handling time before it can be shipped. Ok no problem, kind of a bummer I can't get it shipped faster, but understandable. So my only request was if the handling time could be cut down to less time than 3 full days since obviously this was an unusual circumstance. They told me that was impossible and couldn't be done. In my opinion I am asking the bare minimum from them as in a phone call to ship one out as fast as they could. Amazon can deliver me the same exact board in three days, but they cant even put it in the mail by then and this is the main company headquarters, completely unacceptable in my opinion. I specifically chose this board over two others because of the 5 year warranty and customer service, but if they have no customer service now, do you think they will help me in 5 years if I have an issue? Major red flag in my opinion. LONG STORY SHORT I WOULD NOT BUY THIS BOARD BASED ON THE WARRANTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS.

This is the second board after the first board I have returned that has delaminations. Obviously you have quality control issues with your manufacturing. I tried to include pictures of the latest delaminations but the review won’t go through. We like the board design and accessories and how the board feels when blown up, but it won’t do much good if the bonding techniques you use are poor.

Da das bestellte Board beschädigt war, haben wir es zurückgesandt. Der Erhalt wurde uns auch von Jack und Joe per mail bestätigt. Leider haben wir bis heute unser Geld nicht zurückerhalten, obwohl die Retoure bereits vor Weihnachten 2022 erfolgte. Wir sind unglaublich enttäuscht und werden jetzt einen Anwalt beauftragen müssen.
