Bluefin is a family-run business based in Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. The team has grown up around the sea. Holidaying on the coast of Scotland, their love of the ocean has grown from a hobby to a successful company, now providing SUPs to people all over the World.

Our Product Range:
We offer a wide and diverse range of SUP boards to suit everybody, whether you’re an avid paddle boarder or just starting out. If you’re looking for an all-rounder we recommend our Cruise range which comes in 4 different sizes ranging from 8ft to 15ft. If you’re a more advanced paddle-boarder then take a look at our Cruise Carbon range.

For the explorer and adventurer, take a look at our Sprint range, our Sprint paddle-boards benefit from a long profile & angled nose that cuts through the water with each stroke. Choose between the 10’8 & 12′ depending on your height & weight or the 15′ for longer distance paddling & tandem use.

If you’ve fancied doing Yoga on the water then we have our wider range of paddleboards starting with the Aqua Fit, the perfect balance & space. It also paddles perfectly as an all-around board. If you have a large group of friends but can only take 1 paddleboard then the 18ft Mammoth board is one to look at, great for group activities and can fit 10 people on deck at once for some serious paddling teamwork.

Received my 14' sprint 2020 after lengthy delays. The customer service team have been brilliant, getting back to me within 48hrs of sending emails and keeping me updated on my order and just being friendly and helpful throughout. I was given a choice of cancelling my order or compensation for the wait (no fault of bluefin) and chose to proceed. Now a happy member of the Bluefin family!

Customer care and updates were fab due to the lengthy delay on the sup I ordered. I was also given great compensation for the repeated delays. It finally arrived the day they said it would. The Aura Fit is a beautiful looking board with plenty of room for me to practise yoga. There's enough room for some trickier positions i.e pigeon posture. There's also plenty of room to fit my daughter on as well. It did however, take me at least 4 attempts to get the board to fit back in it's bag.

Hey Kerry, this is so great to see! Sorry for the initial delays but I'm stoked to see you got your board and that you're loving it. Our bags were designed to be a tight fit. In order to get your SUP into it's bag, imagine stuffing a sleeping bag into its pouch. This takes a little technique, a little finesse and a little patience, but it can be done. ☺ -First ensure that all air has been squeezed gently out of the SUP. A surprising amount can remain after deflation and a gentle rolling and smoothing remedies this. -For our larger and wider models, be sure that you are folding the 2 sides of the board in to the mid-line before folding or rolling up. -Roll the SUP up section by section in 1 foot increments. Brilliant board. I ordered the 10.8 and within 5 min another for a friend. Got a bit confusing but customer service “online chat” sorted it out straight away.looking forward to lots of Adventures. Easy to follow instructions. Great size bag to fit everything in. A really great purchase and would recommend to anyone for a first board.

I ordered a 10.8 cruise for my first ever SUP & I absolutely love it! It came with a free waterproof phone case & pump, which I am so grateful for! I particularly like the foot pad, which has a soft grip & is slightly raised at the back which helps me from falling off! It all packs away in the backpack which is great quality. I can't fault the service & the board in any way. Definitely recommend 👌

Well worth the money. A high quality paddle board packed with useful features. Even the bag has the wow factor. Delivery was fast and you feel like a valued customer; excellent customer service. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Bluefin to anyone; in fact a couple of my friends are now buying one after seeing mine. This is a very positive review as Bluefin definitely deserve it. I looked at other boards but none came close.

My SUP arrived 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting on the electric pump to arrive that was included in the deal, manual pump is faulty, the hose won't stay in the value, it flies out after every few pumps, also guage doesn't show the PSI's, 30 mins later I eventually managed to get it pumped up although I have no idea how many PSI went in it.. The stitching is coming away on the kayak seat, there's what seems to be a build up of glue sealant around the valve which could be affecting the pumping issue? there's also a small dent on the underside of the board. No contact number for them anywhere, have sent 3 emails and provided photographs and no further ahead with a resolution on when the electric pump will arrive or if the manual pump can be exchanged, and have been told the other issues are only comestic and no way affects the quality of the board...perhaps it's a factory 2nd!? Can't find a contact number to speak to someone anywhere, really regretting my purchase now, I have a board but no means of effectively and safely pumping it up, buyer beware, rubbish customer service and shotty quality, really wish I'd purchased from another company, at least I'd have a board that could actually be used.

I can see that our support team have been in contact with you regarding this situation and are replacing the hand pump and kayak seat for you and looking into the whereabouts of the electric pump. We do not have factory seconds, and any returns or ex-demos are kept in a separate warehouse location to ensure mix-ups don't happen - this sadly could have just been one unit that was missed in the QC checks from our manufacturers. Our support team are only available via email to resolve queries of this nature, but they're always on hand to help. If you do need anything further, please let Kate know so she can help. 3-5 days delivery? Currently at 5 weeks and no word where our paddle board currently is. You need to do better about keeping us informed if you are having delivery issues.

I was purchasing four boards - spending £2500. I emailed asking re a discount and was told they couldn’t offer any. Within two days of ordering the boards were advertised for £100 less with a free electric pump worth £150 for “Black Friday” - something they would have known at the time I was purchasing. Please don’t pretend you have a bluefin community when clearly you’re not interested in being fair with your customers. It’s all quite shoddy. On pointing out the terms and conditions they’ve conceded they have to refund the difference but it’s on a store credit and they apply further conditions to that meaning I’d have to buy two separate boards more to use the credit. My advice would be to buy elsewhere. They don’t deserve the custom.

Hi Cornelius - sorry about this. Our support team do not find out our sales deals often until the day before they're about to be launched - the deals are decided so close to the wire, so we can ensure we have adequate stock to cover whatever deal is chosen. Rather than refuse to offer anything, we allow customers the chance to receive store credit as a way to make up for the missed deal. I am sorry if you don't feel this is adequate - I will take your feedback to management so this can be looked into. Ordered a sup package and only a pump turned up. Site has no telephone contact number and live chat is not available. This may be the most expensive pump ever purchased. Come on Bluefin this is not great customer service.

Extremely happy with my paddle board . Very stable & easy to use . Am out on it every week on the canal @ river is stable on the sea with small waves

I waited especially with the evaluation to test the Sup first. I'm very satisfied. It's easy to use. It's well made. I had a spot on the bow where the glue had come off. Customer service was great and fast - so I was able to fix this point myself. And it lasts great. I have to say that it was my decision not to send the board back straight away.
