Bluefin is a family-run business based in Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. The team has grown up around the sea. Holidaying on the coast of Scotland, their love of the ocean has grown from a hobby to a successful company, now providing SUPs to people all over the World.

We offer a wide and diverse range of SUP boards to suit everybody, whether you’re an avid paddle boarder or just starting out. If you’re looking for an all-rounder we recommend our Cruise range which comes in 4 different sizes ranging from 8ft to 15ft. If you’re a more advanced paddle-boarder then take a look at our Cruise Carbon range.

For the explorer and adventurer, take a look at our Sprint range, our Sprint paddle-boards benefit from a long profile & angled nose that cuts through the water with each stroke. Choose between the 10’8 & 12′ depending on your height & weight or the 15′ for longer distance paddling & tandem use.

If you’ve fancied doing Yoga on the water then we have our wider range of paddleboards starting with the Aqua Fit, the perfect balance & space. It also paddles perfectly as an all-around board. If you have a large group of friends but can only take 1 paddleboard then the 18ft Mammoth board is one to look at, great for group activities and can fit 10 people on deck at once for some serious paddling teamwork.

The boards fantastic I have the largest board for two persons However today I watched my stand up paddle sink to the ocean sea bed whilst using it in the sea. How is this possible please advise. Many thanks.

We purchased two boards, one full of holes one in excellent condition. It was over 6 mths since purchase when we finally got to use the boards, and since discovering the leaks Bluefin have been nothing but obstructive. They take weeks to respond to emails, the service staff manning the phones cannot fix the problem, I have sent the board back having been offered a new replacement, I have confirmation the board has been delivered, yet I still have had no correspondence from Bluefin, their response to problems is disgusting, they hide behind email, and the decision makers are never accessible on the phone, I would strongly recommend you NOT to purchase Bluefin as after spending 748 pounds sterling on one board I have had nothing but dreadful service and dead air!!!!!

I do know that our returns system sends out updates on returns but often the emails can go into our customer's spam or even be blocked by their email account but it's something we're looking to fix. I couldn't personally recommend this brand. Mine looks like a banana! Liza from Bluefin has commented "its normal for the boards to have a one sided negative camber from the rocker when on dry land, but when you stand on it in the water it should be flat. If you're a light rider you can reduce the air pressure" Bit of a cop out!

Bluefin customer service is the most incompetent that I have ever experienced and I would completely avoid the company for that reason alone. I received a damaged board over a month ago and they have been less than apologetic or helpful. There is NO phone number to speak with anyone and it takes them between 3 days and a week to respond to an email. They tried to Palm me off with a 10% discount and no other options,, I said I wanted a refund and they processed a replacement! I have finally managed to arrange a return and the UPS driver arrived and they had not supplied a return address so he couldn’t take it. Incompetent doesn’t really cover it. Let’s see if I actually get a refund!!!

I ordered the new 10.8 Cruise SUP earlier this year with shipping date 26th of May. It was delivered on the 4th of June properly packed and without any obvious damage. Once unpacked the SUP itself was also very well packed inside the shipping box (additional plastic and foam). The only thing was a very strong plastic smell when I unrolled the board. I did fill the SUP with air and left it a few hours in the living room to test for air leakages - the pressure stayed the same. On my board I found a few "cosmetic" things like a small damage at the black Kick-pad on the back of the board, a few very small places where the blue paint looks different than on the rest of the board (like it is not properly painted). The paddle is good and stable and easy to hold and handle. The click connection on the middle part of the paddle (on the pictures) is not very strong which makes the upper part of the paddle with the T-bar move (turn inside the middle part) if you really put force on the paddle to speed up or paddle fast. During the test on the water last Friday the board was amazing. It is easy to handle, manoeuvre and incredibly stable. Also in comparison with the boards from the SUP school it is obvious, that you get a better board if you pay a little bit more money. Additional information: If you pump the air into the SUP you really need to be strong especially when you get closer to 11 PSI. I was not able to get more than 11 PSI into the board, because the pump does simply not get against the pressure on the inside of the board. Conclusion: should you buy a SUP from Bluefin? Absolutely! If you look for a qualitative good board with good additional equipment, you really should make the consideration of buying one!

DO NOT BUY FROM BLUEFIN SUP! I ordered an SUP and never received a confirmation email, BUT money was taken out of my account. Instead of an SUP, I received something completely different --a 4-D "fitness vibration plate" from "Bluefin Trading Company." I guess Bluefin SUP is an off-shoot of that larger company. I spent 20 minutes on hold when I tried to call, and received mostly automated messages that came at least a couple days after I sent a reply. The messages kept talking about fixing up/sending me a new item; it's clear they didn't know or didn't care what my problem was. Still haven't gotten my SUP board OR my money back, and no indication of when either will happen. I will dispute this charge with my bank, as it's clear I won't get help from Bluefin SUP

I bought a grade a refurbished 12' carbon board from bluefin but was delivered a 10,2" instead. I immediately returned the board but instead of the refund I requested I was sent a replacement board. This has been stuck in transit from GB to Germany for weeks now and despite me trying to move heaven and earth to get this thing I did not order returned to Bluefin so far it hasn`t worked. It has been over two months now since my initial order and I still havent recieved my refund. Dealing with the customer support team over this time has been incredibly tedious. Even though the individual people I dealt with were always friendly and trying to help I had to explain my problem again and again through multiple channels (E-mail, support sync platform, online chat) without anyone really taking charge of my case. This has been a very dissapointing and expensive experience!

Paddle board was on sale last fall, but out of stock. They were suppose to notify me when back in stock. They didn't. Now the price is up and they are available.. what a sneak way to do business!!

I ordered the SUP 3 month ago. Bluefin is not able to deliver although they promise 14 working days delivery time in the internet. Several mails with the support were not answered. It seems that the item is stuck in an UPS Depot in Germany for the last two month. After cancelling the order they don't want to refund the money until the item is back in the UK. Don't know if the item is lost or whatever. This is a really bad customer service.

Bluefin SUP team backup their advertisements, comments and promises with their actions. Whilst researching iSUP prior to purchase i emailed several times for advice and information; this was responded to in a timely manner, with provision of good information/advice. Decided to buy a few boards consisting of Cruise Carbon 10.8ft, Cruise Carbon Duo 15ft and Sprint Carbon 14ft; very pleased with each board and package; had a couple of minor issues which were rectified in a timely manner by Bluefin SUP team. Would recommend Bluefin SUP.

Bestellt am 21.12.2020; bezahlt Mitte Januar 2021; Versand am 13.01.2021 - bis heute ist nichts angekommen. Alle Anfragen werden lapidar mit "Brexit problem" abgetan. Seit 6 Wochen durchläuft das Paket in FRA den import scan?!? Als Versender kann ich sehr wohl feststellen was los ist, aber dazu muss man tätig werden. Bluefin anscheinend nicht, das Geld hat man ja kassiert...Sehr schade - hätte etwas anderes erwartet bei den guten Bewertungen. Möchte letztendlich nur mein Board oder Ersatz!

I bought two of the original bluefin 10’8 cruises when bluefin first started and they are both still going strong. I’ve recently upgraded to the carbon cruise 12 so I can carry more on longer trips and have more space for the dog, and it’s one of the best inflatable boards I’ve ever used! Glides so easily through the water and the tracking is great. It’s a fab looking board too which is an added bonus!
