“Good strong and comfortable bench for workouts. Easy to assemble with sturdy hardware. The back and front adjust for comfort and the sit-up feature works perfectly. There were lower-cost options but I'm pleased with this purchase!”

“I have two torn tendons in my left foot and if I take a lot of steps during the day (which I do most days) I'll have a lot of foot pain in the evening. This device provides amazing relief and in my opinion, it's actually better than a foot massage by human hands.”

“I’ve been suffering from foot pain the last few weeks, and this massager is pretty impressive!! The weaker settings are pretty good, but I prefer all setting as high as they go and it is seriously God send!”

“I've read that rowing is one of the most beneficial exercises for a whole body workout so I've wanted a rower for some time now and I finally bought one, a good one. “I’m 46 years old and I suffer from diabetes and fibromyalgia. My fibromyalgia came on suddenly a few years ago and changed my life. I saw this product and read reviews and thought at this point I’m willing to try anything. I love my vibration plate! I am building strength and stamina, my pain is at an all-time low, and the swelling in my feet and legs has disappeared. This has been a game-changer! I look forward to using it every day!
