“Everything went well until my recent attempt to order and pay by credit card. Your website seemed to say I had to use PayPal! Then I was asked to sign onto PayPal.!! I do not use PayPal and don't want to. So I abanded the purchase. This could be because I am 76 and losing the plot”

“The flowers were for my Mum, following knee surgery. She loves flowers and I thought I would try a company I hadn't used before. I was sent an image and thought the bouquet was beautiful. My Mum really appreciated them. The delivery, unfortunately did not go very well, with the delivery company just leaving the bouquet outside the door (a door that isn't used very much). The flowers were very cold as the were not found until the following day. I realise that is out of your control, but think it is important that a reliable delivery company is used.”

“Ordered flowers for my brother and have never arrived. Got in contact with the team who gave me the same answers over and over again. When I requested a refund on a live chat I received an email saying it had been processed but no one ever got in contact with me to confirm.”

“I found it very easy to arrange a delivery of flowers to a friend who lives up north. The website is easy to navigate and the flowers very reasonably priced . My friend received her flowers on the date agreed and was delighted with her bouquet 💐.”

“This is the first and last time I will use this company. I ordered these flowers last weekend to be delivered yesterday January the 16th. These flowers were for a dear friend and her husband who lost their baby a year ago. I needed those flowers to arrive yesterday to let them we know we were thinking of them. I’m absolutely gutted they did not arrive and had no communication from yourself to say they would not be delivered to give me chance to arrange an alternative. I request a full refund for the flowers with immediate effect. I was told by a colleague of mine that she had ordered flowers from you and again they were failed to be delivered! I should have listened to her Melanie sheppard”
