The floor is lovely but customer services is pants so only the one star. I needed a 12m roll but couldn’t order that through website, I phoned to place the order but was told I’d have to arrange my own courier as your courier wouldn’t take 12m in one package but would take 2 separate parcels. They were supposed to call me back with measurements and weight of the package so I could arrange this but that never happened. I then decided to order a 10m and 2m piece as my time was short and my fitter would have to join it. Imagine my “delight” when only one package arrived with both pieces in. Thankfully the join in the pieces isn’t too noticeable but I’m furious to be lied to. Your courier can’t take 12m?! Yeah right, it obviously said on the package there were two pieces totalling 12m. Also, if the warehouse/courier were going to do this, maybe ask the customer the question: would you like this as a single piece because yes I would’ve. DON’T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

Can’t write a review about the flooring - stayed in all day for delivery and it was a no show - no way of contacting anyone and a waste of a day! Very frustrating and poor customer services

The order was despatched in accordance with the desired delivery date however sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control for example, adverse weather conditions courier staff shortages, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery. We do have a customer service and sales team that are ready to assist you. Our Sales email and deliveries enquiry emails are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and the sales phone lines are open from 10.00am to 4.00pm where we are always happy to discuss and help in anyway possible. Returns Policy is terrible. You will be charged a 25% “restocking fee” and for posting. Making it very costly to even try to do one.

Thank you for your review Vinyl is cut to size which means its a bespoke order. Whilst most companies do not allow bespoke orders to be returned we do provide the option to return however any bespoke orders are subject to a restocking fee. Failed to arrive on the day agreed. Arrived next day but by then I had missed my opportunity to lay it as I do not live near the property. Very frustrating! My response to the remaining questions will depend on your response to this.

Good Afternoon Peter I can see our sales office were contacted regarding this matter on the 4th July. We work very hard to ensure that your floor arrives safely on the date you request, but this is not guaranteed due to elements outside our control. Therefore, we strongly advise that you await for safe delivery before confirming installation dates with tradespeople. I can see from the information that the order was delivered the next day and the sales office refunded the express delivery charge. I’m amazed you haven’t got a process to stop sending these out in this situation. I can’t review this transaction as it’s not here. You still haven’t delivered the full order. Despite leaving a signed UPS card pinned on the door and sending you email authorisation to get them to leave the order on the step, they didn’t. They managed to leave the first half of the order without a signature so why not the rest? And why split if anyway? Had to forego the help lined up this weekend to lay them. Absolutely hopeless.

I won’t be using you again until you stop using UPS. Absolute shambles. I have half the order, delivered and left on a day that I told you I wouldn’t be there. Left without a signature but in a well protected place. You then tried to deliver the rest on another day that I wasn’t there but this time left a sorry we missed you note. I agreed with your sales team that you would authorise them to leave it today and I sent you an email authorising it specifically. I even pinned up the note authorising them to leave it and still got home to another sorry we missed you note. And all this begs the question of why you split the order anyway - it’s only two boxes. I have help lined up this weekend to lay these - and have spent thousands with you over the past 12 months. If you can’t deliver reliably, say so and I’ll have my money back and go elsewhere.

Terrible service. Not possible to place order online if delivery and billing address are different. Can’t do it by phone either, have to email. Once eventually ordered, introductory discount was not applied as promised, had to chase post factum. Goods were sent to billing address instead of delivery. No solution/ good will offered to rectify. Had to drive to the wrong address to collect and deliver myself. Would not use again.

orderd and picked delivery day for a Tuesday as that was required to fit in with the job. confirmation email from them saying its to be delivered then. on the Tuesday evening got a email from UPS saying the have just received my parcel and was out for delivery on THURSDAY!! called Best 4 floors, no apology, or accountability taken. cancelled order advising I Have to go get fooring that day as I was already a day behind on the job. said they wouldn't transfer money back till item returned. suggested they contact UPS and recall parcel as I may not be in to refuse and wouldn't take responsibility if they left it with a neighbour. said they would... Thursday... poor guy from UPS turned up, had to refuse parcel. 6 days later and after a messages through PayPal with not one response still NO refund. I then get a email of Best for floor's for a review. here it is. absolutely despicable service. I'd like my money back and more. I'll cut and paste this onto trust pilot as doubt it'll get published on there site. going through credit card company tomorrow to get money back as best for floor's obviously not interested in contacting or reimbursement, they are waiting maybe fir pay pal involvement shocking just absolutely shocking

Buyers beware, absolute disgrace of a company, item arrived cut shorter than what was ordered and then would not offer full refund, only offered 50% refund. Shop somwhere else

Poor product which broke up after just a few weeks. Been trying to get a refund for nine months. Rarely respond to emails and if they do, it's just to say they'll chase up supplier. They never answer their phone and we are left with a mess of a floor which cost us over £1000 plus fitting. We cannot afford to get it replaced.

Hi Lindsay, All samples are sent out with Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 working days. If you have still not received them, please can you let our sales team know via the contact form on the website so that we can issue a replacement?

Awful, vinyl due yesterday, waited in all day and did not arrive. Email said 8am - 6pm delivery. No further updates or apology, simply no flooring!

I did not purchase but you are asking for a review. I did not purchase as the shipping costs to Northern Ireland was too much. I bought locally in my home town.

I was unable to purchase from Best4Flooring as their delivery company DX express failed to deliver the item. As long as DX is used for delivery I will not make any future purchases.

Best4floors provide a very poor delivery service. I ordered a roll of sheet vinyl. They failed to deliver on the day arranged even though I was in all day. They then failed to deliver on the rearranged day. Lost two days off work and had to to cancel and buy elsewhere.
