“Great quality flooring that was just what we wanted at a really good price, the flooring was delivered promptly by courier as promissed and very well packaged.and protected. Best 4 flooring has a great option on sizes with a great selection of styles and paterns, the flooring looks wonderful in the summerhouse and needless to say we're delighted with the result. “Requested a vinyl sample, which arrived very quickly. It was a good size sample, enabling me to judge the colour, pattern and quality. Having been impressed, I placed my order today. Looking forward to seeing it layed in my porch, kitchen and bathroom.”

“I had difficulties with delivery of flooring/how to get flooring into the house. Second delivery there was 2 damaged packs, which best4flooring rapidly dealt with and sent 2 new packs promptly for next day delivery. Because of insurance purposes, the delivery lad can only leave at kerbside. Customer service stepped in as I paid for the special delivery, Chloe stepped in & tried her best to sort the issues as did I. In the end, I needed help from others, at my end, which I found almost impossible to get, as support is limited. Numerous phone calls, tears, sweat and panic, my daughter took time off work, kindly brought the flooring into a room of choice, in the end all turned out well, Chloe refunded the delivery charges and a good will gesture, so that paid for daughters loss of wages/transport. and I'm more than happy with the quality of flooring, service, that is tough, long lasting, solid, & hard wearing, i loved the pattern style of flooring and obsessively searched online/in store for the one. As soon as i saw Verdanti Majestic sovereign, I knew this flooring was the one. Perfect! Even the floor layer was apprehensive but said the flooring is one of the best and most stunning he's ever came seen. Easy to match and fitted almost exactly with the large tile marble effect. This style had a specific look. The marble tile has a wave swoosh pattern throughout giving a stormy and calming effect, like creative waves, You take the negative with the positives and all round I'm happy with the flooring.”

“Really great Sample service. Chose my floor and tried to order, only to find the courier has slapped a Highlands and Islands postage of £64 onto my £56 flooring item. I live in the north of Scotland (neither highland nor island). I tried customer service to see if I could get postage reduced. They couldn’t help as postage price set by courier. So unfortunately for me and Best4flooring, I won’t be ordering.”

Our courier partners set the delivery areas and the cost therefore we are unable to reduce the delivery charge. We do provide an option to collect from our warehouse and book your own courier collection if you are able to find this at a cheaper cost. Whilst we cannot offer a discount for the delivery. “Very please with this product. The quality is great and shipping was prompt and timely, although pricy as I needed it the same week. The price of the flooring with shipping was still the same as other places so didn’t really mind. It looks great! Can’t comment on durability as I’ve only had it down a few days and not washed it yet.”

“Arrived promptly. Quality vinyl. My only issue is my own fault which is that I didn't request a sample first. One vinyl was very different from the picture on line. I therefore would be more likely to use a local store where I can see the flooring.”

Website images are included to represent how the product might look in a particular setting but there are so many factors that change how that same flooring might look in your home. A website image can appear completely different on one device/computer screen to another. The lighting on the lifestyle photo could be artificial lighting from a studio or it could be natural lighting from an actual installation We do our best to provide great images and our customers send in lovely snaps to help you choose too, but sending off for a sample means you get to feel the texture, examine the quality and colour match against the rest of your decor and colour scheme.
