I have recently purchased a pair of silver George Jenson earrings, which are most attractive. However, I am having great difficulty placing them in my ear and shutting the clasp with a "snap" closed. They were delivered with NO instructions and it requires quite an expert hand in doing this. Please could you help me.

Product arrived on time. Wasn’t quite what my other half wanted. Have started the process to return the item and I’m now waiting for authorisation to return it. That delay (so far two hours) has been the worst part of this process. I don’t know of another business that makes customers wait for a decision. I’m within the 14 days return period - just get on with it, please.

I recently order a Longines Grande Classic ladies watch. It was not in stock at my local store so needed to be brought in from a sister store. I was told that I would receive an email when ready for collection. I waited with eager anticipation for said email but in the end had to email the head office to see where my watch was. I was told that it had, in fact, arrived at the store so off I toddled. Rang the bell and had to wait to be let in the shop, even though there were 3 shop assistants in the front of the shop. I was greated with a rather curt, YES, and informed the assistant that I was here to collect my watch. I was asked to take a seat and she brought it to me. Do you want to try it on, yes please was the response as it could be seen that it would be too big and require some links taken out. She altered the bracelet, I tried it on again, she informed that she would put it in a bag and then I left. Not the best shopping experience. When I purchased my Omega from a different jeweller, It was a totally, I was offered refreshment and made to feel that I was a valued customer. When I visited your store, I felt as if I was a bit of hindrance, interupting the shop assistants afternoon. I love my watch but unfortunately, wont be returning to your Hull store.

Watch largely fine, no plastic coverings at all plus a small ding on the bezel at 50mins. Wiped with clean sterile clean cloth and debris removed revealing very faint 2-3mm mark - not noticeable in EDC use but overall suggestive of this being a return or ex display model. Mistakenly assumed it came with watch winder & advised later that it doesn’t as item reduced which is fine, my error. When I replied accepting that but saying it’s still a shame for a purchase of that value, asst manager defaulted to “it’s in the t&cs” which I wasn’t disputing. Said if I make my next/Pelagos purchase with Berrys he’d send me 2 wonders as “act of good faith”. A further £4k to get 2 promo items that are bulk buy for ADs isn’t really an act of good faith or an incentive. Regardless of value or brand or discount, there are better customer experiences to be had out there that are more deserving of our money & brand loyalty. Watch is great - but that’s down to Tudor.

I purchased my second Panerai from Berry’s having been pleased with the service during the purchase of the first one. My new Panerai arrived and upon opening the box the watch was covered in finger prints, had a couple of minor scratches and the tags were cut and upon closer inspection it was clear that my new watch was an ex display model and not brand new. I was disappointed and contacted Berrys who advised me to bring it into store for an exchange. This wasn’t ideal as Leeds is 65 miles from where I live but due to the value of the watch I drove to Leeds and exchanged it for a brand new one with all the stickers intact. The watch is great however ineas disappointed to have been given an ex display model.

I purchased an IWC Portugieser ( IWC500705 ) on a Blue Strap from Lee at Berry’s in Newcastle in June 2021, the watch is everything I hoped it would be and looks excellent worn with a suit. At the start of 2022 I decided I needed another watch that I could wear everyday and I could then keep the Portugieser for special occasions. Once again I visited Lee at the Newcastle branch, and with his excellent guidance and I decided on a IWC Pilots Watch Chronograph ( IW 377709 ) . The watch is very robust and meets all my requirements for an everyday watch. I can highly recommend the IWC Brand and the guidance I received at Berry’s in Newcastle from Lee.

Bought an Omega Speedmaster which arrived quickly. Watch was loose in box and without stickers so I'm suspecting ex display. Not a big deal but takes the edge of the buying experience. I wouldn't use again unless I could pick the watch up in person.

Have purchased from berry’s a few times both online and in store and had repairs done Service is good But seem to forget to send the free gift Had to remind them this time and never got the one before Bit disappointed by this

My husband bought a Chopard watch for me as Christmas gift, it arrived quickly, he checked the paperwork no issues then wrapped it. When I opened it, I was very exited as I like it very, but the stud on the side of the strap was broken... honestly for such expensive diamond watch, I expected better quality...

I would like to thank Sally and the staff at Berry's Windsor . I visited the store today needing at short notice a replacement battery for my Cartier watch.They were extremely friendly,cooperative and professional and carried out the replacement whilst I waited. Furthermore despite my protestations they insisted no payment was necessary.I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the Windsor area.Superb service.

The quality of this bracelet was beautiful, however they do not come in different sizes and because of this it was too big for my mums wrist. She was absolutely devastated as she wanted it so much. But returning this item hasn't seemed to be a problem, I emailed the customer services who have given me a number and I have posted the item back

Delivery was very prompt and well packaged but the next day we rang the store in Newcastle to be told that we could take the watch in for the strap to be adjusted but it would take 2 to 3 hours even though we explained we did not have this time available, not very good after sales for an item that cost nearly 2k
