I recently order a Longines Grande Classic ladies watch. It was not in stock at my local store so needed to be brought in from a sister store. I was told that I would receive an email when ready for collection.
I waited with eager anticipation for said email but in the end had to email the head office to see where my watch was. I was told that it had, in fact, arrived at the store so off I toddled. Rang the bell and had to wait to be let in the shop, even though there were 3 shop assistants in the front of the shop. I was greated with a rather curt, YES, and informed the assistant that I was here to collect my watch. I was asked to take a seat and she brought it to me. Do you want to try it on, yes please was the response as it could be seen that it would be too big and require some links taken out. She altered the bracelet, I tried it on again, she informed that she would put it in a bag and then I left. Not the best shopping experience. When I purchased my Omega from a different jeweller, It was a totally, I was offered refreshment and made to feel that I was a valued customer.
When I visited your store, I felt as if I was a bit of hindrance, interupting the shop assistants afternoon.
I love my watch but unfortunately, wont be returning to your Hull store.
