I recently order a Longines Grande Classic ladies watch. It was not in stock at my local store so needed to be brought in from a sister store. I was told that I would receive an email when ready for collection. I waited with eager anticipation for said email but in the end had to email the head office to see where my watch was. I was told that it had, in fact, arrived at the store so off I toddled. Rang the bell and had to wait to be let in the shop, even though there were 3 shop assistants in the front of the shop. I was greated with a rather curt, YES, and informed the assistant that I was here to collect my watch. I was asked to take a seat and she brought it to me. Do you want to try it on, yes please was the response as it could be seen that it would be too big and require some links taken out. She altered the bracelet, I tried it on again, she informed that she would put it in a bag and then I left. Not the best shopping experience. When I purchased my Omega from a different jeweller, It was a totally, I was offered refreshment and made to feel that I was a valued customer. When I visited your store, I felt as if I was a bit of hindrance, interupting the shop assistants afternoon. I love my watch but unfortunately, wont be returning to your Hull store.

Increased rating as pleased with how Berry’s have sorted this out for me. The watch was a stock item. They said the battery was working on despatch but not sure how long been in stock so I have just been unlucky. They are picking up the watch and ordered me a new one. I can’t see what else they could have done so happy they have done what they could . I received this for my 60th birthday. It was given to me on Sunday at the party. Unfortunately the watch does not work. We paint a lot of time downloading manuals wondering if we had to do something to reset it. I phoned today and have been told it’s probably faulty and I have to arrange to return it. I am quite upset and just didn’t expect this. What a let down

I was nervous to say the least about spending a large sum of money online but Danny Burnell was extremely helpful in every way and I cannot thank him enough for making the whole thing very easy and straightforward.

Order received but unfortunately was the wrong size. Phone call next day and it was sorted for the recipient to take to their local branch to exchange. Stock was checked before and because they didn’t have the smaller sizes it was arranged for them to be sent to the store.

Ordered Georg Jensen earings for my wife which were delivered very quickly and beautifully gift wrapped. Excellent service highly recommend particularly after another jeweller failed to deliver an on line order of the same earings.

Had the most amazing experience at Berry's New Breitling outlet in Leeds. I was looking enough to be their first customer since their opening. My dad and I were shopping for a watch for my 21st birthday and the team at Breitling particularly Louise Carter was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience really fun and exciting. We were offered champagne on arrival. Later we were able to get tea and coffee at their new bar upstairs. I really feel I found the best possible watch for my birthday and I couldn't have done that without the help from such a lovely team. Thank you to the Berry's Breitling team and Lousie!

Such a fantastic buying experience, I originally purchased the Santos medium however quickly realised I should of gone for the large model. Danny Burnell went above and beyond to get me the right watch, nothing was ever too much trouble and I am very pleased with not only his work but how I was treated at the Nottingham branch upon collection. Overall a fantastic hassle free experience. If only every jewellers showed the same level of customer service. This sets them apart from the rest and I will be using Berry's as my go to jewellers in the future.

Amazing customer service, great prices, and top tier after-sales support. They accommodated my situation and shipped to Saudi (not listed on the site) and received the watch in a week time. Will definitely repeat again
