Made the whole process of buying my first premium watch extremely pleasant and relaxed, Kirsty (Tudor Store) could not have been more helpful and I found her to be both personable and professional. There was an issue with the watch strap on mine and whilst they were swapping it out, Kirsty made sure I was ok timewise, offered me refreshments and we had a good chat, felt like I was chatting with an old friend not a sales professional. Really good to see proper customer service, not the pushy sales story we have become far too accustomed to in some establishments...
