“Sadly there is no rating less than poor. The bed arrived badly damaged. Into our third week after returning the bed, we are still awaiting a refund of our money, despite our phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend staying away from this company! When I left this feedback a few days ago, I was advised by email to contact customer services. Well, I spent the last four days calling. My calls have been routinely dropped, nobody could find any evidence of a collection being requested or of the return being received back in the warehouse. So they have on a number of different occasions promised to call back. I've not received one call back. Today I called up and got through on the fifth attempt. I then refused to put the phone down and insisted that I was left on the line until it was sorted. Only when I emailed the courier's proof of pick-up was the box miraculously found in the warehouse. I have been promised a full refund by tomorrow. We'll just have to see if this materialises. Otherwise I will be disputing this through my credit card. The lesson to be learned is that this company undercuts the rest, but delivers rubbish and then holds onto your money.”

“Ordered the bed base on line. Arranged delivery for the next week. I rang on the morning and eventually managed to speak to someone - they informed me delivery was not imminent, I glad to arrange it for the next week. This time the delivery arrived as promised (7.30am - perfect). Only criticism would be the customer service - needs some work I feel. The actual product is as expected and good quality.”

“Our bed is great. The only disappointment was it took longer than it should have as only part of the order arrived at the delivery point so we waited at least a week before it came and as we were coordinating moving back in to our house we had to spend another night elsewhere.”

“When the bed arrived we found it was not up to a good standard so had to wait foir replacement when that one arrived they was still a part of the bed missing which did arrived after waiting a week for it”

“Bed is only ok. Suede had marks I had to wash off. System for fitting together two halves of divan is fiddly and badly designed. Getting delivery was a nightmare. Twice I took half day off work and they failed to appear. Third time it did come as expected but they did not warn me and luckily I rang them the night before so could get a house sitter.”

“This was such a disappointing purchase - it looked such a pretty bed but is made using the absolute minimum of slats ensuring the absolute minimum of comfort. According to any bed manufacturer or bed slat supplier, slats should be no further apart than 6cm in order to provide sustained support for the mattress. On this bed they are up to 9.5cm apart in places. In addition there is a flat slat across the centre of the bed just where the heaviest part of the sleeper will generally rest. The result of this is that the slats can clearly be felt through the mattress and will in time cause damage to the mattress through their lack of support. Given the specifically spaced, drilled holes in the frame it is difficult to add more slats. I even went to the trouble and expense of instating correctly spaced solid slats but this was what I was getting away from, wanting a sprung base. I miserably put the bed on ebay and went into a bed shop and bought a bed I could see first. Doh! Be warned.”
