Sadly there is no rating less than poor. The bed arrived badly damaged. Into our third week after returning the bed, we are still awaiting a refund of our money, despite our phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend staying away from this company!
When I left this feedback a few days ago, I was advised by email to contact customer services. Well, I spent the last four days calling. My calls have been routinely dropped, nobody could find any evidence of a collection being requested or of the return being received back in the warehouse. So they have on a number of different occasions promised to call back. I've not received one call back. Today I called up and got through on the fifth attempt. I then refused to put the phone down and insisted that I was left on the line until it was sorted. Only when I emailed the courier's proof of pick-up was the box miraculously found in the warehouse. I have been promised a full refund by tomorrow. We'll just have to see if this materialises. Otherwise I will be disputing this through my credit card. The lesson to be learned is that this company undercuts the rest, but delivers rubbish and then holds onto your money.
