“The order has taken far too long it was originally placed in July and it's still not complete. I've ordered several other lanyards and that's been a few weeks now. Never have we had this issue before and we have been using Badgemaster since we opened.”

“The badge arrived promptly. The design was accurate and exactly as requested. We were requested to supply proof of NHS Status only after ordering, which was an unwelcome delay. We believe this should have been achieved prior to ordering. We accept that proof is necessary however, as mentioned, we had expected this process have been necessary prior to accepting our order and money. This would negate the need for refunds to be made necessary in cases where NHS status could not be obtained. However the badge appears perfectly fine.”

“Ordered 2 badges with 2 different names on them several weeks ago. Within a week 2 badges came with the same name on them. Phoned customer services same day to which was told it would be looked into and resolved. That was 4 weeks ago now and still not had any correspondence. Will never use again!!!!”
