It is unacceptable that you do not accept orders to the Channel Islands without removing the VAT. Guernsey is exempt from tax so please get this sorted on your system. Also because you cannot do this it is also unacceptable that you do not offer a refund for VAT charged whilst getting this operational.
Most companies now have got this sorted on their website/purchase system.
