“I ordered a product then got an email telling me it was out of stock so I cancelled the order and bought the product elsewhere. The company ignored my request to cancel, contrary to distance selling regs, and shipped the order once it was back in stock! I rejected the goods and the Royal Mail returned them to sender. Baby monitors direct then told me they were going to charge me a fee for the return of the goods! It's taken posting publicly about this on Facebook to get the company to see sense. I'm told I will now be getting a full refund but I'm still waiting for it nearly 3 weeks after in initially requested that my order be cancelled!”

“I am a foster carer and was super anxious about something happening to the baby and I wouldn't know. It was therefore brilliant for that. I used to nurse and the apnoea mattresses we had in hospital worked like this one fitting under the sheet and working on contact. I liked it alot. Suited it's purpose. Only downside...........ran out of battery quickly”

“We had twins and bought 2 separate monitors. Neither monitor would hold charge so they had to be plugged into the mains permanently which was unsatisfactory. We returned these to Baby Monitors Direct and upgraded to a single monitor with 2 separate cameras. Baby Monitors Direct were friendly and efficient in sorting out the problem with the original monitors. We are very happy with the replacement and very satisfied with the service we received.”

“Bought a monitor that developed a fault within its warranty period. Had to pay for an additional monitor to enable the faulty one to be returned on a promise that it would be refunded once received. My money was never refunded so I paid twice for a faulty monitor despite chasing. Paul”

“Having had loads of problems trying to get a monitor to work in our house they were so helpful and accommodating. When the first 2 didn't reach very far in our house they exchanged them for an alternatives until we found one that did work.”
