We had twins and bought 2 separate monitors. Neither monitor would hold charge so they had to be plugged into the mains permanently which was unsatisfactory. We returned these to Baby Monitors Direct and upgraded to a single monitor with 2 separate cameras. Baby Monitors Direct were friendly and efficient in sorting out the problem with the original monitors. We are very happy with the replacement and very satisfied with the service we received.
