Received my order and opened the parcel to find out my 5L Iron Out has been crushed and damaged. Product was leaking from the crushed top. I emailed to find a solution as it was not a good first order from Auto Finesse and was excited to finally get to use it but have not yet had a reply from my last email I sent and have still not got a solution to this situation??

Order had an item missing. Customer service adviser said they would fix with some free goodies, but there were none sent with missing item. Also, cost me to call to fix.

Hello George, Im sorry to hear that an item was missing from your order. This is certainly not the standard of service that we aim for. Ive tried your mobile number on a couple of occasions now and thus far have been unable to get through to you. I called on Wednesday 21st and explained that I was planning to make a £160 order and was wondering if I could recieve any sort of better deal as I was buying such a large quantity. Also I wanted to know cost of shipping to Republic of Ireland. I was told that shipping would be £12 but it ended up being £20. Anyways I received a 10% off code which I did appreciate but even still I was still under pressure in terms of paying for it. Anyways my citrus didn’t come with a spray head which I presumed it would come with as they are sold in Halfords already attached and literally yesterday you’s put up a 20% off code and a free sample wax. Like that extra 10% would of helped me out hugely. To be honest I just felt a little bit stupid since literally 2 days after I recieved my order this Happens.

You get better service when you by though a detailing supplier, tried to give constructive feedback but I think it fell on deaf ears.

Through buying the foam lance and selecting the karcher HD attachment end for my karcher HD power hose the product came but will not screw on to my power hose, eventhough it’s the correct size and i purchased the correct item, it won’t attach which means there must be a fault with the product supplied to me which i am rather unhappy about because this was a product i was looking forward to using on a regular basis. I would still purchase off Auto Finesse as this has only happened once and hopefully won’t happen again

I attempted to order a snow foam lance for my boyfriends Christmas present. I placed the order well in time, rounding it up to over £50 to qualify for the secret Santa promotion, however the lance was out of stock. I therefore changed the order to £40 of gift vouchers and still kept the Avalanche on order to still be over £50. Items arrived, however no secret Santa gift. I contacted AF who just said it wasn't 'policy' to offer the secret Santa gift for gift vouchers. I explained I was only buying them so my boyfriend had something to open on Christmas Day as THEY were out of stock, but it made no difference! To add insult to injury they still included a card in the delivery box asking me to Tweet pictures of my secret Santa gift!! Having come across AF at a car show many years ago and supporting this independent business ever since, I'm disappointed they now treat loyal customers so poorly and just like a number. Maybe this is what AF have been tought about customer service by their new buddies Halfords!! Good products but sadly no longer care about their loyal customers!

Dear Kerri, We are extremely disappointed to hear of you dissatisfaction with our customer service. We pride our selves on the service we provide, second only to the products we produce, and will always endeavour to meet our customers needs. To further explain the reason behind gift cards not being included in promotions when purchased. Gift cards are eligible to be spent on offers, however if they are also eligible at point of purchase then they would effectively be getting double discounted - This decision was taken to allow the recipient to choose the time, offer or promotion they wish to take advantage of with the gift card dependent on whats more advantageous to them. I hope this helps clarify.

After all of the hype of auto finesse.. but sadly let down by the lack of communication between myself and the delivery company after paying for next working day delivery I was sadly let down because they didn’t know where I was after phoning auto finesse they said they would give my postage money back and would garuntee my parcel would be here in the following working day.. the day come and went no sign of any parcel.. I phone back and they said they didn’t know what was going on and they would put it out for delivery on Saturday.. Saturday come and I resived my parcel.. the box was open and the bottles had been leeking in the box...

These were my next purchases in this store. As for the previous ones I had no objections. This time I have reservations about order handling. Two times I emailed questions about how to deliver a package in my country, why it was added to the shipping charge, since a certain value of the order was not there and why FedEx courier was not shipped (it was specified at the time of order). I did not get any answers for the questions. The question about the courier was important to me because I was leaving for vacation. The package arrived after 8 days. The package was badly packed. All bottles in the middle loosely fly. Two unfortunately completely empty - poured out. Products fantastic, but the service quality this time was terrible.

We automatically use UKMail for all EU orders, and this is the automated option that is applied at checkout. Paid extra for next day delivery, never arrived for another 2 days. Not the fault of the supplier, but when you need it pronto. Auto finesse did refund the extra I paid in postage. However I had to let someone down because it didn't arrive on time, this makes me look unprofessional. Therefore I will not use auto finesse again. In a world of car detailing, there are lots of alternatives on the market.

I had emailed them regarding products that hard burst/leaked during postage alone with a picture of how they was left. They expected a photo after I had cleaned up the mess?

Dear James, We did try our best to help you with this issue however it is company policy that we either have the damaged goods returned to us or have images of the damaged goods before we can issue replacement goods. We are still more than happy to up hold our side of that dependant on the route you decide.

Purchased avalanche snow foam and paid way more than most companies would charge. Tried it out on my car and done a 50/50 to really test the product The snowfoam was watery, no matter how much I put in the lance, thin and had absolutely zero affect on the dirt It didn't clean it. It didn't loosen it. All it did was waste my time. Will not be buying again which is a shame as I have only bought products from here for many years

???? merchandise didn't come, was very excited to order an Innovators hoody and tee shirt for my Son who absolutely loves your products. I also entered the discount code for Halloween 20% off and free gift of Paint sealer but after lots of confusing emails/texts from the couriers and your company I phoned your company to be told it wasn't coming, hoping it will be available soon!

Unfortunately the Halloween free paint sealant was limited while stocks lasts and unfortunately we had run out before you placed you order. Very disappointed overall. Had to pay nearly £15 for a Saturday delivery. As it was my first order, I got a code for 10% off, but because I had used this code I then didn't get the free t-shirt for orders over £50 (I spent about £80). Overall very expensive, and would not buy from here again. It was a present for my boyfriend and he was also disappointed with the overall cost I had to pay. He'll stick with Autobrite I think!

Many problems with order. First of all products didn't arrive in time with delivery price I paid and therefore didn't receive Father's Day gifts in time. When products finally arrived, I had been given an empty container with no product inside.
