Commande passée sans souci le 10 décembre (validée et payée), pour un cadeau de noël avec livraison estimée entre le 21 et le 23. Je reçois un mail le 12 décembre me disant que l'article ne sera finalement pas disponible avant le 26 décembre et me proposant d'annuler si je le souhaitais. Je tenais vraiment à offrir ce cadeau donc j'ai maintenu. Mais à ce jour, le 1° janvier, je ne sais toujours pas où en est ma commande malgré un mail de relance de ma part et je reçois à la place un mail me demandant de donner mon avis . Pour un produit que je n'ai toujours pas reçu...

My order took a long time to arrive - about a month or so. During this time, I contacted customer service, who replied to me in a matter of days. The quality of the garmet is okay. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell which was coming from the mesh of the bodysuit (sort of plastic smell). As well, the flocking appears to be shedding (I'm not sure if this is because it is new, or if it will continue shedding). However, the fit is good, as I used the measurement chart to find my size. The piece is stylish and looks good, but I don't think it was worth how expensive it was.

Replies to emails was good but at times communication could have been better. Wanted a faulty item replaced but there was a slight delay in replies and could have worked better to get me a replacement or even refund. Order was updated on 25th February and promised to give a refund. You usually get an email telling you that you have received this and that was two weeks ago. Surely you would issue a refund on the same day or within 24 hours?

It makes me feel sad to discredit what looks like a professional company in a now generally sad time in my life. I ordered 3 birthday presents for my 12-year-old niece in early January and she only received one of the presents. I have emailed customer service and tried to get in contact but have not had a reply. My mum has since died last Monday so now I don't care whether these come or not. There was a beautiful quote on one of the presents I bought which hadn't come about a dream within a dream by Alan Edgar Poe. I am all too aware that this is a dream and a lot of shadows are coming forth in the world however I don't want to participate in the dark side so all I will say is be the loving person you wish to see more of in the world so we can create a better world one that Christ would be proud of. I send my love to my Mother where ever she is and hopes you guys and girls are healthy and happy and improve your customer service.

Ordered a pair of shoes for a Christmas present. While not my style the person was very happy with the gift until we realised the shoes inside the box were not the size ordered. Orders a 6 got a 10

Placed the order on the 29th of November, have been charged 16,41 € for shipping and haven’t received it yet (today it’s the 21st of December). Very disappointed. Btw, I can’t review the item I bought as I haven’t received it yet.

Shipping took a crazy amount of time and when it arrived the inside box (not the shipping box, the actual shoe box) looked like it had been stomped on and smashed in. The shoes seem to be somewhat undamaged as for what I can see aside from a few scuffs. not a good look at all

First experience with you. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. One of them was not wearable (packaging mistake: there were twice the left foot!). It took me one month to get a refund, and I only got a refund of the cost of the shoes, without any participation in the customs fees (67 euros!). Luckily the other pair (a gift for a birthday) was fine, but then extremely expensive in the end. I won't take the risk of another order.

We are very sorry for the problem with the boots. In this situation the boots are deemed faulty and we have to follow a procedure to resolve the situation in cooperation with Demonia. Customs charges are levied by governments and we have no control over these. We are now in contact with you to try and help further with this issue.

Clothing arrived on time, company unresponsive. Don't expect a reply for questions about orders. Had to pay half the price for the order on top of what I already paid to accept the package. Overall not good

Was happy with the pants I received, but my shipping was longer than i expected (three weeks) with expedited shipping, and I reached out twice for clarification and didn't receive any response. I ended up finding a tracking number that says it was added to my order the day before it arrived, (again, 3 weeks after i had placed the order) but got no reply from support saying they had added a tracking number, although it said to expect a response in 48 hours. Spending 130$ on pants and having no number or estimated arrival date is pretty nerve-wracking and it made me wonder if my pants were going to arrive at all. Otherwise, I was happy with my purchase and relieved when they were in my mailbox.

The shipping option you selected was the standard shipping, not expedited. (At present we only offer the one service to your country). We are sorry the service did not meet your expectations but are pleased all is well not the parcel has arrived.

I purchased the padlock necklace - the quality is pretty poor and the quality of the material makes it look quite cheap and tacky - I really should have known by the low-price-point. I probably need to stick to the clothes.

We have sold literally hundreds of this item and until now, have never had a single complaint and not even one ever returned. The item is very popular. Our customers love it! It costs just a few pounds and is excellent value for money. Of course if you compare it to more expensive jewellery it will not be the same quality, that is why it costs just a few pounds!!

I love attitude clothing products - but it always seems to arrive broken. I've had bad experiences 2-3 times in a row now. Its now gotten to the point where I no longer wish to purchase from you. When I have sent email, I have recieved what seems to be a pre-written rushed email, regardless of sending my thoughts in a official complaint. I have to pay to send items back, and in certain circumstances I would have to pay more to send back the item than I would getting a refund. The ultimatums are unfair and some emails were extremely unprofessional. Products are poor quality, and when ive been given a replacement or voucher for future purchases - that has also arrived damaged or broken within a matter of weeks. Im disappointed in the problems that I have encountered, due to lack of professionalism through emails, and the way circumstances were handled.

We go to great lengths to provide the best customer service. Every effort has been made to resolve this customers issues, countless replacements have been sent and many hours dealing with enquiries. Overall 99.99% of what we ship out arrives intact. Unfortunately this customer has had several problems which is very strange as we have ensured extra care, over and above our already careful packaging is taken. Somehow every order seems to be a problem. We have several hundred reviews on here and the vast majority that comment on the packaging, give very positive reviews. All our warehouse staff are thoroughly trained in packaging procedures to ensure safe transit of the order.

Really disappointing- ordered a pair of boots and payment was taken but they didn’t have them in stock and had no idea when they were going to get any ! There was also hair dye on the order which although was in stock wasn’t delivered ended up cancelling the whole lot

Thank you for the review. It needs to be noted that the boots you ordered were clearly marked up on the site as 'pre order' with a future date given. We offered to refund the boots and ship the hair dye straight away. The option was offered to you, however you declined.
