“Extremely prompt efficient service. My lights were delivered in superb condition, very well packaged and just as advertised online. They aren't in situ yet but I can't wait to put them up when my kitchen is finished. Great value for money.”

“Very good customer service. We were recommended to use Artifact Lighting having seen their lights in a local hotel we use. We placed the order on Sunday and received daily updates on the order thru processing to delivery on the Wednesday. Very efficient and impressive. The lights came on time, well packed and look great in our new home. We plan to order more and would not hesitate in recommending this company for the good quality product and excellent customer service support.”

“Not installed the lamps yet, have only just received them & taken them out of the box. But they look beautiful, really good design and the colour as shown online is accurate. The shades are a little bigger than I'd expected - which actually works very well, I'm pleased about that - but I would recommend that people look carefully at the measurements given. Ideally the images would show lamps close to commonplace household items to make the sizes really obvious. So far, absolutely delighted!”

“A very nice light fitting and well finished with a good choice of shade and cable colours. Quick delivery and well packed. The only thing missing is that the website photographs show that behind the shade is a disc with the makers name and place of manufacture but it's not fitted.”

“Simple stunning pendant lights - I spent a long time looking for 3 pendants to go over our rather large middle aisle in our new kitchen and could not find anything, regardless of price that I liked. These are perfect and great quality - really loved having the choice of braided flex, meaning you can give a classic type pendant a fun twist. Also extremely good delivery service, quick and efficient. If only Artifact did other types of lights, floor and table lamps for example!”

“I'm delighted with my lights, they create a lovely atmosphere, and create a beautiful pattern on the ceiling.They arrived and had obviously been packed with care, each matching rose separately wrapped in tissue paper etc. They are beautifully crafted !”

“Super fast delivery, easy ordering & lights exactly as described! Building works are not finished yet so no photos to show but we're thoroughly delighted with the pendants especially as we were able to custom order extra long flex! Love the wall light too & thinking of ordering more in different colours for the bathrooms! Catherine & John Yorkshire.”

“Purchased 3 of these lovely pendants to go over our kitchen island. They look fabulous. Put in 60 watt bulbs and they provide good, bright light. Ordered the silver cord and this compliments them well.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the product images on the site are very good so the shade was exactly as I expected. Also, the prompt delivery (less than 48 hours) was very helpful as I have recently moved. Less time waiting for deliveries when you're expecting a few of them has to be a good thing. I would recommend the site and will revisit it myself.”
