Very good customer service. We were recommended to use Artifact Lighting having seen their lights in a local hotel we use. We placed the order on Sunday and received daily updates on the order thru processing to delivery on the Wednesday. Very efficient and impressive. The lights came on time, well packed and look great in our new home. We plan to order more and would not hesitate in recommending this company for the good quality product and excellent customer service support.
