Ordered a £118 bouquet of flowers. What arrived was nothing better than what you would expect from a petrol station. I have had no reply from Appleyard. I was so embarrassed when I turned up to the persons house who I sent the flowers too. The bouquet looks nothing like the flowers I ordered and paid for. Buyers of flowers be warned !

A recurring flower order for a friend's birthday did not show up this past Friday. I contacted the delivery service Yodel and Appleyard London asking for an update. Two days have passed and I have not had response from either company. This was after a poor deliver service for the recurring flower order the month before where they delivered the flowers after 22:00 and left them on the front walkway where someone could have come along and taken the delivery. The only way to contact the company is via email or chat and chat is not available on the weekends. Please proceed cautiously when order from this company.

Delivered after 9pm by a Yodel delivery driver in a box that was badly dented. All this money on flowers and they delivery them that late. A premium flower company using Yodel is a joke, no wonder the box was dented so bad. 6/50 flowers ordered wear ruined. Never will I ever use this company again.

Disappointment with Recent Flower Order Dear Appleyard I hope you're doing well. I recently received the flowers I ordered, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with them. They were very different from what was shown in the picture, both in terms of color and size. Horrific service for overpriced premium flowers! Ordered for Valentine’s Day expecting a normal delivery and yet received flowers worth almost £200 late at night left behind a bin. Not acceptable. Even worse the customer is slow, unresponsive and couldn’t care less. Looked great on paper, couldn’t deliver. Avoid.

Hugely disappointed on receipt, damaged bouquet and customer services completely unresponsive, even though have attempted to contact them for over an hour. The flowers themselves smell bad as well and have ended in the bin within an hour of receiving them. Valentine's Day ruined.

Avoid their subscription service. I joined in 2021 and have discovered in 2025 they have been charging me every year without any notice or any pre-contract information which they are legally obliged to provide. They have no complaints information on their website and are not replying to e-mails. So expect them to charge you for many years once they have your card details and there is no way of redress.

Ordered a table centre for the Christmas table. Item marked as despatched on the 19th for delivery on the 20th December. Finally arrived on 24th December by which time one of the roses was broken and the other brown. We now have nothing to put on the Christmas table. Very disappointing. I would expect better given the cost of delivery. Able to complete online 100% happiness form easily but only provides store credit when I want a refund as do not plan to purchase again from Appleyard.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! They spoiled birthday for my friend. I’ve ordered delivery, paid extra cost for fast guaranteed delivery. And they just didn’t deliver!!! Customer service doesn’t reply me. Never use them!

This is the second time I have ordered for my Mum via Appleyard. The first time for Mothers day - £30 of daffodils died within 2 days. This time a plant arrived pretty much already dead - and there was no gift card so she didn't have a clue who it was from. I would expect better for the prices charged.

The recipient for my order received the flowers today and this bouquet is completely utterly unacceptable We find it astonishing that this was considered acceptable to send out to us by your florist let alone the way it is advertised online. We have counted 4 flowers, and the remaining fillers are barely there or already dead. We are beyond words. Not only is this a complete waste of money, but the embarrassment it has caused and inconvenience on an occasion as important as a birthday is totally unacceptable. Action needs to be taken immediately.
