“The celebration was spoiled. I was our anniversary. My husband living at another country, ordered for me a bouquet of 101 roses. I didn’t get any flowers at that special day!”

“The worst experience ever. Do not use them. They did not deliver 2 out of 3 bouquets which were for members of the same family causing me huge upset & embarrassment. They still have over £100 of my money and no deliveries. It’s now almost a week. Do not use them.”

“I ordered black rose for my niece for mothers day from her children she always wanted black roses so I ordered her some never been so disappointed all the pellets had come off them ruined her day was offered 10 pounds off my next order or send my nice a replacement bouquet still waiting false promises so I have emailed them and told them not to bother I won't order for them again”

“100 daffodils delivered for my birthday, none opened and then dried up and died. My friend who sent them complained and a second delivery arrived. They were already dead. Absolute disgrace”

“The worst bunch of flowers I have ever purchased. I would never recommend Appleyard nor purchase again from this company. They advertise as luxury and show beautiful displays on instagram and via influencers. The bunch I received on Mother’s Day was embarrassing. The flowers were not in bloom, some were already wilted and dead. The bunch died completed within a week.”

“Received the flowers for mothers day. The box was impressive but the flowers not so. A sparse bunch. Lots of greenery more so than flowers. 2 single roses are still going and look beautiful, however the 2 singles with multiple rose buds on each never opened and were dead and wilted within 3 days. Such a shame. Not sure what cost was but i would say probably not worth the money. My supermarket flowers last me weeks!!!”

“My flowers were a Mother's Day gift and were disappointing. All the roses were browning on the outside, and one chrysanthemum stem was broken. I expect they weren't cheap and definitely not worth the money!”

“Really lovely flowers delivered in perfect condition to my Mum the day before mothers day. Arrived exactly as requested, and the card I'd added was really nice too. The flowers were in early stages, so some just opened and some starting to bloom, which is perfect as it has meant my Mum is still enjoying them nearly a week after receiving them. Quality of the blooms, colour and arrangement was great. Very happy with Appleyard and I'll use them again.”
