“Appleyard London is a company for you. You need flowers - most amazing and creative bouquets here. You need help you just get it. I ordered flowers for my daughter and found out she was out of country. Although order was in process the nice people at Appleyard helped change the date. Always a pleasure to wirk with you. For three years I never had one bad experience. I order about 8-10 times a year!”

“Ordered flowers and a bottle of champagne for a birthday and paid additional money for before 1pm delivery. They failed to even deliver on the day let alone before 1pm. Use someone else.”

“Utterly dreadful. Avoid at all costs. Spent £50 on a bunch of flowers which i could have got fof £5 in the local petrol station. Dead after a few days. No style, sent in a brown box, no frills. Unhelpful customer service, Received credit after complaining for them to only take my credit away and give me no explanation why. The worst flower service i have ever used. Please do not use.”

“I have used Appleyard to send flowers to friends/ relatives, who have all been delighted with the flowers. The arrangements have also been delivered on date requested. Will definitely use in the future.”

“I have been ordering from Appleyard for some time now and generally, I am happy with their service.? May I make a small suggestion? Sometimes you offer bunches of flowers (i.e. peonies) from.....(£) with the addition of' flowers seen here as bijou size'...but you do not offer larger sizes at a higher price. Please give more size options.”
