“I’ve ordered before and have been generally happy, when things haven’t gone right there has generally been a pre thought of solution that I had no reason to reject. This Valentines however I was less than impressed with the bouquet, the guard petals looked a bit dry and the flowers have failed to open despite following the instructions provided.”

“We had a little mix-up on the delivery date which was suppossed to have been 14th february (Valentine's Day gift) but was delivered on the 9th instead. Upon lodging a query, your staff sent a repeat flower order to my daughter on the 14th. Very well done.”
