“I have been ordering from Appleyard for some time now and generally, I am happy with their service.? May I make a small suggestion? Sometimes you offer bunches of flowers (i.e. peonies) from.....(£) with the addition of' flowers seen here as bijou size'...but you do not offer larger sizes at a higher price. Please give more size options.”

“The flowers were for a friend who is having chemo. They arrived on the day promised, but it was after 9 pm and my friend had to get out of bed to receive them - which she was very annoyed about. Needless to say, she left them in the hallway and put them in water the next day. Having said that, she liked the flowers.”

“I was delighted that my order was delivered precisely as promised. I know your supply of flowers is always supplemented by detailed maintenance instructions so i was surprised there was no similar guidance for my Lace der plants, either with the delivery or on your website”

“Excellent service, timely delivery. Only issue was the website checkout I had an offer and couldn’t see where to put the code in, so ended up paying a lot more than I should have. This needs to be easier to use/clearer.”
