“I placed an order with Appleyard London to get flowers and champagne delivered on the same day to my friend who was celebrating her graduation. The gift was not delivered and I was not updated of the status of my order. No one got in touch with me to let me know about a delay. I got in touch with customer service on the second day and they could not explain what happened. I requested to get the flowers delivered the same evening even though it was one day later. Once again, my order was not delivered and there was no communication from Appleyard London. I requested a refund as the company does not make any effort to try and resolve the issue and explain the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the service as it is very unreliable.”

“First bouquet was dead within 48 hours. They replaced it and the replacement lasted all of 5 days. Recently bought a “letterbox” arrangement. Half the flowers were dead and all looked pretty battered on arrival. Won’t use Appleyard again.”
