Very nice, I ordered a bunch of flowers for someone special and they substituted the stems and I panicked about how it was going to look. They emailed me back and reassured me that it wouldn’t look much different and they were right .

Terrible flowers , they arrived floppy & looking nothing like the pics then after 2 days died Non user friendly customer service poor despite all their ‘ happiness guarantee ‘ hype I was offered a replacement after sending in pics to proof how bad the flowers were , but they wanted me to do it via online & every time 3 times I tried it would not allow me to get my flowers . In end had to get refund . Customer service very poor , uncaring attitude & very impersonal . Just send standard emails , really really bad I will use Waitrose or M & S in future .

Had some issues with the delivery, which happens sometimes, however the customer service I received to resolve the it was excellent. I've shopped with Appleyard over the years and have always had great service from them The order was eventually received and my friends loved it

I received flowers as a birthday gift. There was no card attached. I wanted to thank the sender. I contacted Appleyard no less than four times to ask them who sent the flowers. I have had no response after three weeks. I tried to contact the "chat line". It is not working. Would I recomend using this flower service? Unlikely.

Customers can usually contact us using social media, phone, email and live chat, and one of our customer service advisers should respond within an appropriate timeframe. Please rest assured what you've experienced isn't the standard of customer care we aim to provide. As a result someone from our Complaints team has looked into this further, and sent out an email to try and get this resolved. I received Sunflowers for my birthday which arrived on time but were very sad and bruised looking and just about dead by the next day. However after I complained your amazingly quick and efficient customer services team arranged to send out a replacement and they did this in spectacular style with an extra large bunch of flowers ( double the original number ) plus a box of chocolates and these arrived on the advised date and in excellent condition. THANKYOU !!!

I had 3 bouquets delivered to me the first was damaged and I didn't even unpack it. When given credit to have another bouquet I chose peonies which never opened. The 3rd attempt was arranged by a customer service representative. The white peonies were magnificent. But the spray roses dies within 2 days and the lilies were bruised. After 3 attempts I give up. I don't think the quality is matching up to the price. Unlike previous experiences with Appleyard this was incredibly disappointing.

They shouldn't have turned up bruised, and according to our freshness guarantee, should have lasted longer than two days. I recently received a beautiful bouquet of flowers, there were however a couple of issues. Appleyard were quick to respond to my emails and resolve them; special thanks to Kat who helped me.
