“Not happy with my flowers this year. Always buy from Appleyard at Christmas. One rose has dropped after 12 hours, had to remove dead yellow leaves from lilies to improve and most foliage mouldy and beyond attractive. I don't think the flowers will survive the weekend. Only delivered last night!”

“I've always had good experiences and normally a 5. However delivery was way later than it was supposed to be and given the flowers were with Yodel they probably won't last as they should. Also meant the recipient did not have on the date and that was the reason I chose the particular item.”

“Flowers and price are good for the high quality. Thank you. The delivery service to my area in the Midlands is YODEL, who delivered the flowers quite late on the afternoon of the birthday. Nevertheless the Birthday girl was delighted. Max resolve the delivery problem for me. Thank you for the personal attention.”

“Ordering online experience was fast and painless, and reasonably priced. The delivery was pretty quick, lovely flowers. I would have given 5 stars if not for the poor handling of the flowers upon delivery, it was left upside-down at our mailbox and not at our doorstep as requested. Good thing was that the packaging held, and it was all in good condition.”
