“I have not given full marks because if there is a problem, there is no one in person to speak to. Anbautomatemate on computer dosent count for me. Otherwise the bouquets have always been beautiful.”

“I seemed to have ordered 2 as could not explain cost. 2 arrived. My cousin was thrilled with present but I think you must make it clearer on statement. I have accepted the 2.”

“Friend loved the orchids, truffles and birthday card. Only thing she did mention was with the instruction booklet, there are no instructions on how to care for the orchids, all other flowers were mentioned except orchids”

“I haven't seen the flowers but the recipient was delighted with them. However, I wasn't impressed with Yodel: when they weren't able to deliver on Saturday, because of the Monday Bank Holiday they didn't try again until Tuesday by which time the flowers had obviously lost some of their fresh boom.”

“Timely delivery, securely packaged and representative of online picture. Although some of the leaves are dying at the ends, so perhaps the quality of the plant could have been a little better.”

“Beautiful flowers, a little expensive for the size, I paid in Canadian dollars came out to $72 so a bit pricey. Lovely though, my Mum loved them”

“Arrived on time. However I found the paid valentine's card were a little low quality. I wished I order with the standard card the flowers come with.”

“The valentines order was perfect and my partner was over joyed with the quality. The only reason it’s not 5 star was I went to make a follow up order for anniversary flowers for the 9th of March and there is a week or so period where there are no deliveries available. Will definitely use again.”
