“Purchased a Christmas bouquet to be sent to my mother. It arrived on time and in perfect order. It was left in a safe space and then I received an email letting me know where the courier had left the parcel so I could let my mother know. Flowers are always great quality. All round very happy with my purchase.”

“Easy to order on line the only problem was the message was incomplete so the people they were for didn’t know who it was from. When we weren’t thanked I presumed they hadn’t arrived but they had. In querying with Appleyard if they had been delivered I got a very quick response which was good and in the affirmative.”
