“The flowers were excellent and delivery was well communicated. Only issue we had was the delivery tracking was not as good as we thought it should be. No communication to the recipient, only to me the orderer and despite clicking on the tracking link I still had to manually enter the tracking code.”

“Arrived late, customer service offered further insult by offering to wave the delivery charge. As a flower company delivering on time is a basic requirement. I spent over £200 for delivery not to be guaranteed. Would not recommend and will not be using this company again.”
