“Received a lily and rose boutique from a friend only three days ago and rose heads are dropped, never bloomed. The lilys are very bad quality, some still blooming but those that have are not pretty at all. Bouquet is unattractive and poor quality flowers.”

“Horrific service for overpriced premium flowers! Ordered for Valentine’s Day expecting a normal delivery and yet received flowers worth almost £200 late at night left behind a bin. Not acceptable. Even worse the customer is slow, unresponsive and couldn’t care less. Looked great on paper, couldn’t deliver. Avoid.”

“Hugely disappointed on receipt, damaged bouquet and customer services completely unresponsive, even though have attempted to contact them for over an hour. The flowers themselves smell bad as well and have ended in the bin within an hour of receiving them. Valentine's Day ruined.”

“The flowers were beautiful, and my daughter was very happy with them. However, I would raise an issue with the delivery service. Despite people being at home, the doorbell was not rung, and the flowers were simply left on the doorstep. The delivery instructions clearly stated that if no one was home, they should be left with a neighbor, but this was evidently not followed. Despite this the flowers were greatly appreciated by my daughter.”

“Ordered flowers on the 11th Feb for delivery on the 14th. Contacted their customer services within 24 hours to amend the delivery address and was advised not possible. I understand the correction is on my side but no flexibility or assistance offered Just a simple “computer says no”. Try somewhere else”

“I wanted to order flowers for my mums birthday, but having ordered flowers online before I have been disappointed time after time again. This time I decided to do some research before ordering the flowers. I found Appleyard and after reading their good reviews I decided to put my trust in them to deliver a birthday bouquet to my mum. I was especially nervous as I live abroad and wanted to gift her nice flowers from afar! Well all i can say is that Appleyard are the BEST!! From beginning to end everything was exceptional. Firstly, their website is easy to use. Next, the flowers arrived on time by courier. But the flowers themselves were really the star of the show (which was honestly most important to me). They were very beautiful, very fresh and my mum said they lasted much longer than usual flowers. I'm over the moon and will be always using Appleyard in the future!”
