“Rated 1 out of 5 stars NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! They spoiled birthday for my friend. I’ve ordered delivery, paid extra cost for fast guaranteed delivery. And they just didn’t deliver!!! Customer service doesn’t reply me. Never use them!”

“My son sent me a beautiful bouquet of pink roses from you for my birthday on Saturday 7th December. I trimmed the stems and used fresh water with the sachets contents. However, the rose heads soon drooped as if they were not taking in water and the petals began to fall or go brown. I changed the water and re trimmed but I've now thrown them into the compost. The greenery is still fresh. Seems a waste of money, delivery and packaging. Photo taken on day of receipt”

“For us, Christmas kick started into action with the arrival of the Appleyard London Christmas wreath. I ordered the wonderful Woodlands Wreath, loving its all green hues and natural feel. It was delivered promptly and was very well packed and came out ready to go. It looks fab on a dark grey/charcoal front door, and the care instructions that came with it will ensure it will look good well after Twelfth Night! I'm very pleased with it :-)”

“I've always had good experiences and normally a 5. However delivery was way later than it was supposed to be and given the flowers were with Yodel they probably won't last as they should. Also meant the recipient did not have on the date and that was the reason I chose the particular item.”
