“On tue /4/6 I received a box of flowers from your company for my 60 th birthday from my sister who had sent and has soon has I opened them looked lovely box and the little gift of chocs but the roses had all the petals brown and dropped of and one of the oliums was squashed and limp there was a lot of green leaves all dried and brown I think for the price was very poor flowers indeed.”

“I remember when i had to divorce my ex wife because i was able to read the chat on her mobile phone with some guy she claimed was her cousin. She was always sending him my hard earned money and He kept asking about my 1 year old daughter in the chats calling her his baby, that got me really curius that i had to run a DNA test and found out the baby was not mine. I felt so betrayed and heartbroken, that was the worst time of my whole life. I will advice everybody to check that partner/fiance that you are currently in a relationship with so you can be sure that nobody is cheating or deceiving you. i surfed in the darkweb and hired a professional team of hackers called: 𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌, they installed a program on my phone that gave me access to view every content on her phone and she never noticed her phone was been hacked. “I live in the US and ordered flowers for my sister's 50th birthday using Appleyard's expedited delivery. I received an email at the eod of the day of delivery that the flowers were not delivered and that they could not guarantee delivery the next day either! I emailed back asking about how they would mitigate the situation and have not heard back from them. Very, very disappointing customer service!! I will not be using them again.”

“Product was as far as we know good but we paid extra for the 2 hour delivery slot option and expected to be able to select a 2 hour slot. What actually happened was at 9:15 on the day we were told that they would be delivered between 14:34 and 16:34. The sort of service you frequently get as standard with Amazon deliveries.”
