Be very careful in choosing APC overnight as your courier to deliver parcels as I recently fell foul to interference of goods by this operator, and unfortunately this operator is renowned for this offence. There contracted courier Logistics Teesside Ltd made a complete embarrassment of themselves in claiming goods were delivered, and embarrassed themselves even more by sending out some guy whom stood there and insisted he delivered goods which he never, and he knew he was lying. It was becoming very clear at this point that an offence under the interference of goods act had occurred, and lucky I had the sense to report APC to the appropriate authorities. Scam outfit and customers are open to fraud from this appalling organisation. It's unscrupulous outfits like APC that make it harder for genuine courier companies.

They are a waste of space you can not phone or email them bloody useless company never in all my years of having parcel delivered have I had so much trouble with them DO NOT USE APC FOR DELIVERY AT ALL

Steer clear of APC I wouldn't trust them to deliver a Pizza ! Don't go near them they are are full of BS. They just don't have a clue.

Bunch of liars is what they are..I have been living/ working from home since Mar 2020 (haven't left my home since except when I got my Pfizer jabs in June & Aug).. was expecting a grocery parcel to be delivered on 08 Oct but no one came.. got another email that delivery will be attempted on 11 Oct and still no one came (i have cctv cameras in my house to check who comes in). The site started to show the status as "closed/carded" and that the package is back at the hub and I will need to reschedule a delivery. I have now rescheduled a delivery for 19 Oct - my cctv cameras are running and this time I will make you famous APC by posting your incompetence on every social media if you don't deliver and if you once again show the message on your site as "closed/carded'.

Delivery slot notifications given to me by APC on 4 different days. Each day I ensured I was at home to receive the parcel. Each day the parcel was not delivered. I have now cancelled my order with Argos. Local depot does not answer the phone or emails. APC customer services tries to help, but obviously has no authority with local depot. Avoid this company, I had email to say they knock the door but no one was in, I have cctv to prove no one knock the door and trying to get hold of is just unbelievable 3 days now with no parcel delivered, sent email to ask them to get in touch and still waiting surprise surprise and the same happened the last 3 days

Customer service is 0 Ihave been waiting 2 days for a call from a manger nothing,how they keep Customers don't know, When told to deliver to neighbours they take it back. 1st time they delivered not even a postcard through door only found out after contacting sender I rung and arranged to collect myself day later Travelling 50 minutes to get there only to be told they had sent it back no phone call to say this

This was supposed to be a 3 to 5 day delivery, eventually took 10 days. They allegedly tried to deliver on the 6 day, 2 hours after it was due to arrive, took a picture of my gate and that was it, we were in all day, called them re arranged for the next day, by midday no email re delivery time, phoned again, the driver was off sick, no email to tell us it wouldnt be delivered, another day wasted. Come Monday they were going to upgrade us to special delivery between 9 and 12, nothing, another morning wasted and another phone call to say it would be another 45mins till delivery, 2 hours later it was shoved over our gate and he left as quick as he could, this item was supposed to be signed for. They are a useless company, who dont deserve customers, i wont be buying anything that is delivered by them and would never send anything by them. Special delivery, there was nothing special about it, apart for it was very later!

Ordered a very expensive cut of meat from Kimber Farms( who are absolutely excellent and the quality of food outstanding) which was due to be delivered on the 6th of October. Very clearly written on the box was perishable must be deliver today. If unable to deliver contact Kimber farms immediately. I received an alert from the APC stating my delivery will be with me on the 6th October between 3.15pm and 5.15pm. I waited in for delivery but they failed to deliver. I tried numerous times calling and APC does answer the phone. At 4.10pm on the 7th October the APC driver turned up with my order. I asked him why the product wasn't delivered on the 6th October and was told take it up with the company. I asked if the item had been kept in a refrigerator overnight and again his reply was take it up with the company. I told him the item inside was perishable and needed to be kept refrigerated. He just shrugged and left. I knew immediately the product had not been kept in a refrigerator as the box was warm and there was blood on the side of the box. Upon opening the box I noticed the freezer blocks were completely defrosted and the stench was unbelievable. APC I would like to take the opportunity to tell you your service is appalling and that because of your company you managed to ruin a 50 year wedding anniversary dinner. I will make sure everyone I know or come into contact will be made aware of your company's inability to perform a simple task of delivering a package and that you don't have the decency to inform the customer that their delivery will be delayed or the common courtesy to answer the phone.

Delievery due this morning, didn't hear the doorbell (don't believe it rang), had a missed call from the driver who I called back and he said I'd missed the delivery and he'd left a card. The website also said I'd been 'carded'. No card was left. Their phone rings unanswered until someone cuts off the call. I have not been told how to rearrange delivery. A week ago I had another delivery due from them, it wasn't until I did a search with the suppliers that I found a delivery had (supposedly, though I was home) been attempted - no card was left, no one informed me of the attempted delivery, but I discovered the parcel had been waiting for me to collect from a local depot all week. They are the worst delivery service I have come across, and are so dishonest. I suspect they pay the drivers so little and give them so much to do that they don't actually make any attempt to deliver in order to speed through their workload. Awful.

Parcel meant to arrive today between 4-6pm on over night next day, stayed off work so lost a days wage. It never turnt up and they don’t have anybody available to speak to customer service until 8am the next morning because after waiting past 6pm for delivery slot the customer service is now closed. Terrible company

Never had such a big mess with any other delivery company. The customer service pays no attention to your problem what so ever. They keep repeating the same over and over and the parcels are not being delivered. I have not received 5 parcels in a row. We have been polite with the call centre, we have also spoke angrily but nothing works. I have just been asking to do one thing to tell the driver to contact me for location guidance. Somehow nobody called 5 TIMES IN A ROW. The 4 of my parcels have been returned back to the sender. Maybe it is worth mentioning that it happened few times that they do not deliver the item but the tracking number shows that it has been delivered. In these cases I could not even complain to the sender that I have not received my purchase. Those things does not show bad service this kind of attitude indicates to NO Service what so ever...

Absolute rubbish service this courier Apc are not fit for purpose..the driver was on drop 37 & I was the next drop 38 & all of a sudden there was no real time tracking available.. & my parcel hasn’t been delivered & the drop before mine that the driver was at was over the back from me.. tried ringing Apc but you can not get anyone.. it’s firms like this that really do need to go bust as they don’t offer the service they are advertising they do.. I will never recommend or use them again & they can clearly see all the bad feedback & they do nothing to rectify this disgusting very poor standard service they are offering I didn’t even want to leave one star minus 100 stars is more fitting despicable company..!!! No text no email nothing to say my parcel wasn’t being delivered when they said it would .. you just have to stay in & play the long guessing waiting game.. for god knows how many days..!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Had a message Wednesday to say my parcel would be delivered !! Had a message Thursday to say my parcel would be delivered it is now Thursday evening and still no parcel ! This company is not worth using rubbish !!!!

I was given a time slot for my delivery it never arrived no text or phone call to say why and you cannot get in touch with your company nobody answers the phone no contact whatsoever very poor service i would not recommend this company for anything.

2 days wasted waiting for delivery. Phoned customer support only to wait and when finally got through was cut off. Still no parcel. Will now cancel order and try and get refund. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid

Driver missed me twice,bit could bot be bothered to leave a card. When I called to enquire why,a guy was very careful not to say anything about a complaints procedure. This happened before,so it's a 100% failure rate. Avoid like the plague!!

Not an overnight service. Or a service at all. And not the first time I’ve had this experience with this company. After allowing extra time due to COVID, I contacted the depot on the 22/09/21 to ask where my parcel was. They said they had made an attempt on the 17/09/21 but no card was left for me. I asked if they could please deliver the following day. I phoned them the next day to ask if the parcel was out for delivery. It wasn’t, and they said they could deliver the next day. I drove to the depot to pick it up, taking time away from work and spending money on travel. When I got there the parcel had the wrong address on it. Brilliant business strategy, sell overnight delivery to the distributor, get the end customer to pick it up. No attempts were made to communicate with me or keep me appraised. Could distributors/ businesses please not use this outfit? The added hassle and waste of time, effort and money isn’t worth it.

Parcel delivered to wrong address. Office couldn't even locate parcel from picture ( blurry) Wilson road office mentioned an address it could have been delivered to , address not even near my home -,I've had to drive about and try and knock on a few doors but had no joy. Still trying to get help from APC ,spoke to lady at the Liverpool/ Huyton branch on Tuesday night she assured me the driver would be sent out to collect the parcel the very next day. This never happened. I'm still waiting for a update , emailed 3 times and called -absolutely awful customer service , I've had more help from the lady I have ordered from items from . Disgrace of a delivery company, very unhelpful, there has been no emergency over rectifying the mistake they made! ,anything could have happened to that parcel ,especially in someone else's home. ,why aren't they keeping customers safe that parcel has been in someone else home 2 days now covid is on the rise.

Following on from my review yesterday, this got worse. Having contacted the supplier yesterday I assume that they got in touch with this company. Received a text today to say delivery would be attempted between 1-3pm. By 5.00 no delivery. Called Totton office again and after some time they confirmed that it was still at the depot. I rather lost my sense of humour by then, pointing out that this should have been delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They didnt seem to be able to tell me when I could actually expect delivery. Having told them that it was the worst customer service they confirmed that the agency van driver hadnt been able to finish all their deliveries! I pointed out that this was not the first time I had had problems with them. I also pointed out that having not put it on the van on Monday or Tuesday it should have been prioritised today - I suggested that maybe he would like to deliver it - he said he was not going to do that but had the cheek to suggest I could collect it! At this point my husband called the supplier and explained the issue to see whether we could cancel the order as we had given up on it being delivered. At this point the phone was put down on me! The supplier advised that the delivery should actually have been made on the 15th as we had paid for 48 hour delivery (their first attempt was on the 16th!) it was now a week since the delivery should have been made - they agreed to cancel to order and refund us. An hour later guess who turned up with a parcel! I told them it was too late, we have re-ordered from another company who I pray dont use APC!
