Useless my deliveries been saying out for delivery since 8am this morning it's now 9.15pm not come at 1 point I was tracking and it was showing the delivery driver at the same address for 2 hours they turned the tracking off on me I didn't even get a message to tell me it wasn't going to be delivered iv sent about 4 emails not had 1 reply.

Having paid for the business overnight next day delivery for an extremely important item I received an email saying it was delayed. Having called to ask why/where it is I was told that it’s still at the depot as “we have hundreds of parcels so they can’t do it all”. I asked for the Head office number, he put me on hold, came back with the 0800 number which was automated and then the same man picked up the phone!? This is crucial for tonight or tomorrow at the latestand has RUINED A VERY SPECIAL DAY but he said my only chance was to get the company Id purchased from to upgrade it to a Saturday delivery. WHY can’t they upgrade, chase the order or actually give out the real head office details to enable a complaint? Disgusting service so this is my first and last time this company gets my custom ( and money)

had few good drivers in our area and today the one that usually collect my items is missing for some reason (he never failed collect my items) comes this old guy rings the door when he see the note that the parcels are behind the bin !!! and leaves without collecting. would rate -5 stars if i could lets not mention the broken English most of the drivers have

Absolutely useless company They want me to take a day of work to wait for a parcel thats worth £13, alternatively they say I can drive for 45 mins using approximately £5 in fuel and loosing £25 in wages to collect a £13 parcel. I proved I was the buyer of the parcel and gave them permission to leave it on my door step but they say they are too incompetent to do such a simple action and I have to waste my valuable time doing there job for them. This company is a joke and I would be embarrassed to work for them!

I would give zero stars if the system would let me. 1st delivery attempt failed because driver wouldn't ring door bell - he even took picture of door and wrote "intercom, no access" (I was in, intercom works, he didn't use it). 2nd delivery attempt failed because driver wanted me to come out to the street to find him (he was right outside), then said we had to go back to the door so he could take a photo and then refused to hand over the parcel when I complained about the poor service. Driver was abusive and threatening, almost prompting me to call the police. Complaint to their customer service fell on deaf ears (as you'd expect). Annoyingly shop, when I called them, even stated they always had problems with that particular APC depot so clearly this is not an isolated incident. At the time of writing I see only 9% of reviewers would recommend APC - can't say I'm surprised. In future I plan to shop elsewhere if APC are the only choice. Worst experience of any courier company I've ever had. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Where’s my package? I live on the Kirkcaldy high street. The building door is unlocked all day so that deliveries and post can be made to the tenants. The delivery driver, twice now, has declared that they could not make the delivery. What has gone from a simple next-day delivery has turned into a week-long hunt. I watch on the online tracker, as they slowly drive past my building, before the page clears and I receive an email saying that the delivery couldn’t be made. When I phoned about this, I was told that the delivery driver took a picture right outside the building door as “proof that they couldn’t make the delivery”, what the f**k? I am so sorry to anyone else that has googled “APC reviews” after facing similar issues, and reached this page, because yes, they really are this frequently terrible. Let’s hope that one day this company finally learn how to open doors, I guess?

APC were scheduled to pick up 4 dining chairs to return to the seller. The seller booked them as they had delivered the chairs in the first place with no problems. I had supplied detailed instructions of how to reach our address as not the easiest place to find and using the postcode in a satnav would have resulted in them being taken to the wrong address. Driver phoned to say he was lost - had used the postcode! Refused to answer any return calls so we could direct them. Never arrived and when asked for an explanation said there were no items to be collected! Untrue! Never even turned up. Rescheduled for today and in the morning I checked with the local office that the driver had the correct in structions for getting here. Stayed in all day at 16.30hrs - 30mins before cut off time - phoned to ask where the driver was and was told they did not have a driver available to pick up the chairs and the job had been rescheduled for Monday. That will mean I have had to wait in for 3 days for this totally incompetent company that has no idea of communication to collect these items. I would never use this company myself and would advisde anyone with any =sense to stay clear of them

The driver has some how broken the intercom system to our flat by bashing the buttons so it doesn’t stop ringing. Moreover, he was extremely pervy to my girlfriend when she opened the door asking “if he was coming in for breakfast” and when she asked him to leave he just stood there in the hallway and made her feel completely unsafe. He then followed up with asking her what she was doing today and said he could come over for breakfast another time. The worst part is that this extremely creepy man knows my exact address and that when my girlfriend is alone at home now.

Very rude and unhelpful. I hope I never have any interaction with this company again!! The Stevenage depot didn't help at all I found them very passive aggressive.

Dreadful service. Delivery driver came to my flat and refused to come upstairs. He rudely demanded I come down to get the parcel. As I was on a call for work, I couldn't come down, so he remarked "fine I'll come back next week" and just left. The online tracking itself said the parcel was delivered and then quickly changed to the resident was not in and a card was left (no card left whatsoever). The same delivery driver returned the week after and again demanded I came downstairs. As I was free at the time, I went and collected it. Horrendous customer service and I advise no one to use this unreliable service.

I think APC need to remember that these items are owned by their customers and not by APC. So, that said, why the heck do you think it is reasonable to hold my goods since the 6th September at your Lincoln depot and fail to deliver them? Then today 11th Sept you finally decide to deliver between a 2 hour time slot. And guess what...yep, you still didn't deliver. In fact I saw the live tracking was 4 stops away, and then tracking just stopped. Obviously the APC driver was bored, or too tired and went back to depot. What is amazing is that the parcel still shows as out for delivery at 22.11 at night. So where is it? On back of same delivery van because the driver has left it on there so they don't get in the s*** for failing to deliver it. Too late now anyway as have asked ebay seller to refund me and he will have to getvhis stock back from APC himself. Why do sellers use companies like APC? They must lose so much business. Rubbish. Parcel collected on 05-09-23. Text received on 06-09-23 stating delivery next day. No delivery on 07 nor on 08. Text received on 08-09-23 stating delivery on 09-09-23. No delivery! No delivery on 10-09-23. Still waiting for delivery. I would give this company 0 stars if possible.Still waiting

the worst, the customer service people are nice but the system itself is totally the opposite. consignment 0000659 then you will know how you have treated this particular delivery for you to get this negative review. dont reply and just use the reference provided if you plan to make amends.

I should have had 2 flat pack items delivered on 7/9/2023. One turned up and one was lost. I was told the other item would turn up the next day (today). I phoned the company up on the 8th and explained what had happened. I was promised that the situation would be looked into and I would get a call back. Heard nothing for four hours, phoned back. The lady I had contacted had gone home on half day. The new person I spoke to told me it would be Monday before I received the second item.....Not idea of time....I would have to phone up again to find out on Monday. Atrocious company. If you use them it will reflect badly on you and your company. Oh, one other thing. You can hardly hear them in their offices due to background noise.

My parcel was given to a 3rd party who misdelivered the parcel to another address. Because it was marked as delivered and had a tracking number, no one would take responsibility for the lost item. This left me £90 out of pocket. Neither the item sender or the courier companies would take ownership and accept responsibility. I would be better using a pigeon next time.

Awful service again. Delivery was not the day we were advised. A card was left by them with a 4 digit ref number. Tried rearranging delivery but APC’s website didn’t recognise the number the driver left us. I e mailed the Andrews on their calling card. The e mail was blocked. I rang and got a guy who talked over me. Didn’t really answer anything. As if deliberate obtuseness was an in house competition. I was asked for an alternative delivery date and gave him this, to be told it couldn’t be guareanteed. Well why ask me? Also, if not in for any reason, I advised where to leave the item. He would agree to this in case it didn’t comply with the sellers requirements. ‘ excuse me, I’m the purchaser and have paid the seller to deliver, and those are my instructions having been asked to give you a convenient delivery date. An awful company with ooor customer service. It’s beyond comprehension why they would be used.

We requested delivery for a specific day, to make sure we would be in. The chosen day was accepted by APC as we received email confirmation the night before and morning of that chosen date that it would be delivered that day. We waited in all day, having taken a day off work to do so. The delivery never turned up. I contacted APC that evening trying to find out where the delivery was, they didn't respond till the next morning. They simply replied 'it's out for delivery today'. So they got the day wrong, there was no apology or explanation given and now we have missed our parcel because obviously we weren't in, as they didn't deliver when the emails said they would. Tried to rearrange deliver and their website won't allow this, as they've chosen a date that's convenient for them to redeliver but it won't let me know what this date is so I can't arrange to be in. Awful service as no explanation and communication from them on when they will re deliver. My delivery is now well over a week after being ordered, yet APC pride themselves in overnight delivery. Need to improve communication and actually deliver when they say they will.
